Dear [redacted] ,I'm writing in regards to the complaint submitted 7/19/with ID [redacted] Enclosed is a copy of the most recent correspondence from Revdex.com dated August 12"I’m including a copy because I’m not sure this mailing I received was complete. There is reference to a “resolution” being not satisfactory to the “consumer.” Further on there appears to be a space for the consumer to “Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution”However, that section appears to be a blank space from the consumer’s formPlease assist if I’m missing any info. The only “desired settlement” from the consumer I’ve received is as follows:“If the home is not being sold should be reimbursed for all moving expenses.”Please note, the home is listed for sale and is advertised publicly on www.Realtor.com.I’m requesting the opportunity to address this complaint in full so please advise me of any missing information from the consumer’s correspondence dated 8/12/as well as any directions for the next step

Dear [redacted],
I'm writing in regards to the complaint submitted 7/19/2016 with ID [redacted]. Enclosed is a copy of the most recent correspondence from Revdex.com dated August 12". I’m including a copy because I’m not sure this mailing I received was complete.
There is reference to a “resolution” being not satisfactory to the “consumer.” Further on there appears to be a space for the consumer to “Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution”. However, that section appears to be a blank space from the consumer’s form. Please assist if I’m missing any info.
The only “desired settlement” from the consumer I’ve received is as follows:
“If the home is not being sold 1 should be reimbursed for all moving expenses.”
Please note, the home is listed for sale and is advertised publicly on www.Realtor.com.
I’m requesting the opportunity to address this complaint in full so please advise me of any missing information from the consumer’s correspondence dated 8/12/16 as well as any directions for the next step.

Dear [redacted],
margin-bottom: 5pt;">As requested, I'm writing in response to the complaint submitted 7/19/2016 with ID [redacted].
[redacted]'s one year lease term had previously expired and her tenancy became a month-to-month agreement. The property owners had decided to sell the property and so a 60 day notice was issued.
She told me she did not have the cash to pay her current rent and still pay a deposit on a new rental. As a courtesy, I offered to expedite her security deposit refund immediately upon receiving her final months rent and a copy of her new signed lease. This way my property owner would have some assurance that [redacted] would have a place to move to and turn over possession. Though she agreed, she did not pay her rent or send a copy of her new lease. Instead she sent me a picture of a cover page with her name and new landlord's name, but not a lease as promised. No property address, starting date, signatures, or evidence of a paid deposit was ever shared. She did not pay her last month's rent which was the same amount as the deposit, $2150. We charged her last month's rent against the security deposit for a zero balance.
Not once were [redacted]'s children spoken to or contacted in anyway. Only once did I speak with [redacted]'s new landlord when she called me to request a reference.
There were no violations of renter's rights. Landlords or Tenants do not have to give a reason to end a rental agreement, only proper notification. We've been making repairs to the home in preparation for putting it up for sale in August.
I feel I offered a helpful solution when I had no obligation to do so. Then after the tenant agreed, they decided not to follow through. I understand moving is a stressful time for anyone. That being said the "desired settlement" is unacceptable.
