Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am glad they are going to finally zero out my balance, but I do not agree that I owed it in the first place My subscription was through 6/6/ I cancelled my subscription on April 21, So how is it possible that I would owe anything The Star-Telegram has a problem with their web site, everytime I logged in the Renewal Date would change, and the Balance would change I set correspondence several time thru the Star-Telegram web site to have it corrected, but it seems that maybe it was never corrected Regards, [redacted] ***

I have contacted the Carrier and ask that it not be delivered

Star Telegram representative called and politely explained everything clearlySaid the best she could offer is a day extensionI believe our delivery should be extended to July, which is the month we paid In for weeksRegards, [redacted] ***

Called customer and advised her the we will adjust the account to the correct expire date Gave her my name and number, if there were any other problems

The FWST has promised me it would stop or times before this so I don't think this will be any differentThe largest problem with this is the quality of the customer service dept at the FWSTIt is impossible to connect with anyone there about thisThe service hours and the fact that NO ONE there ever follows throughAnd the staff that actually throws the Mexican paper

We are working on correcting this It does that 10-business days to get the refund out to customer

I have cancelled the balance owed this one time only, this is a valid debt

Called customer and advised her she is on the DO NOT CALL List and should not receive any other calls Also, advised her I see where her account was stopped and that we would take care of the collection letter and not to worry about Ask her to call me if she receives another call proved her with my email address and phone number

I have called the customer and adjusted the account to the correct expire date I gave her my desk number and told her when her paper expires to give me a call and I would personal take care of her account She was very pleased about this I have also credited her one free month

Called Mr [redacted] s and no answer left a msg on voice mail, that we see where we stopped his paper We have take care of the balance
