I ordered a free trial of there products and was advised I would pay shipping only. I received the products and then 14 days later I was billed the full price of product. When I contacted the company they stated the web site states if you do not cancel in 14 days you will be billed. I ordered my product over the phone and the person did not tell me I had to call to cancel anything. I thought I was receiving the trial sample and if I wanted more I would then call to place order. Instead it turned out to be a subscription to receive the products every 30 days. I call there customer service and all he would do was credit me for half of the charge after he tried several minutes to convince me to continue the subscription.

Billing Adjustment I was billed 89.96 on July 11th and they only agreed to a credit of 44.98. I would like the full 89.96 refunded to me. I believe they use false advertising.
