Review: 10/7/2015 ON THE ADVISE OF MY DOCTOR I PURCHASED SHOES FROM FOOTLIFE @ $107.99. THE SHOES WERE SUPPOSED TO HELP WITH FOOT PAIN. THESE SHOES PROVED TO CAUSE FOOT PAIN. 10/14/2015 WENT TO THE STORE. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE THEM BACK OR REFUND COST AS THEY WERE WORN. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THEY ARE CAUSING PAIN IF YOU DO NOT WEAR THEM? THERE WAS NEVER ANY MENTION OF THEIR RETURN POLICY. THE RECEIPT STATES "NO REFUND OF CUSTOM DEVICES AND NO RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT". THESE SHOES WERE NOT CUSTOM AND I DO HAVE THE RECEIPT.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND.
