He is a Scammer. He bid a job to tear out and lay new slate. The job was terrible. I wanted it fixed and replaced and he bailed with $24000.Applied product incorrectly. I paid for all the subs and he did not pay them. He used a combination of grout, thin set, mortar, mastic to adhere the tiles. They were coming up the day after installing. Says he has a 3 year guarantee on work, but didn't even last through the completion of the job. Told a worker. He doesn't care that he was out of there and done. Left the place totally wrecked. Tons of photos to prove and testimony. I'll be pressing criminal charges against them.Desired SettlementWould like a refund and replacement of materials damaged.They have disconnected there phones and moved to Sanatobia, MS. I'd like to get the full info on this company. I have [redacted] as the owner. Possibly now transferred to his girlfriends name of [redacted].

I used Mr [redacted] and his crew to install a glue down hardwood floor. He completed the job and I paid Mr [redacted] several hundred dollars. The customer called me with complaints about the floor making a popping noise and a loose transition. I made several attempts, calling him and leaving VM's and numerous emails with no response. He did on one occasion call me back and told me he was in contact with customer, never showed up. I made several trips to repair the floor my self. Now I am out of the installations price, over $700.0 plus the return trips I made to correct the complaint.Desired SettlementRefund the installation price, $785.00.

My wife and I thought we found the perfect Contractor with [redacted] ( Floor Pros ). WRONG, the name should be Floor Amateurs. The work was done at my home in September 2014( Your probably wondering why it took me so long to write this review? BECAUSE HE STILL HAS'NT COMPLETED THE JOB).... Installed laminate flooring,installed carpet,installed shower and bathroom tile,painted walls,trim and installed two back doors. He'll lead you to believe he has all this experience but he actually does little to no work himself. He showed up with many different people threw out the job to do the work and they were inadequate as well! Some of the tile work wasn't straight in the shower, had to be redone. The shower door was leaking, had to be redone( still leaks). They installed 14 bathroom tiles that were from a different dye lot that didn't match, had to be redone and after the redo the tile doesn't have enough grout now, never stalled the marble threshold at the bathroom door. Never painted the trim work in the bathrooms, never painted the back doors and install hardware as agreed! Had to hire someone else to do this! He said he would be doing the carpet work, NO he hired a carpet man that I had to pay up front and the carpet was being installed the same time the demolition work was going on. Wrong Order, trying to keep the new carpet covered up was a fiasco! Even the paint job was poorly done, my wife is still complaining about that! The laminate floors were done fair. He'll give you a one year labor warranty, good luck with that. So after many unsuccessful attempts to contact him by phone and text,as of this week (05/08/15); the job is incomplete. He will give you a good price that I fail for. As the saying goes " you get what you pay for". Needless to say the quality of his work is pathetic!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
