This person who is answering this complaint had no dealings with me. Floor Houston was absolutely paid in full $3,for the work that was done*** and *** more than likely pocketed the moneyNot once did *** indicate that he was the owner of the companyHe indicated that he was a salesperson for the company*** TOLD me to give the money to *** as he would not be hereIt is their responsibility to arrange for pickup of the money but instead they left it in the hands of their subcontractor who gave me a receipt in the absence of *** being here and giving me one ***I insisted upon getting something in writing since *** was not here to collect*** had no problem with me giving the money for the initial payment the first time to ***As I stated, *** called me because he could not get in touch with *** to collect the balance and told me *** was missing. This company should be held accountable and I will do that. I had intended to take them to court back in *** but *** never gave me a last name and when I went to the *** *** Courthouse to file, I was not able to do so because of there was no last name and they had moved from the location that I had initially contacted them atThe Certified Letter that I forwarded was not picked upI went to another location that they supposedly were located at and the person up front told me that there was no *** that worked thereDoes this appear to be the work of someone who didn't pay for the work done?
I believe they change locations to avoid being taken to court. This *** *** who is responding to the questions was no where around during the time I contracted with this company; at least she was not a factor in my dealings with ***If they are reputable, why did *** never reveal his last name? Why would they proceed with the work on the second visit prior to receiving their pay? *** stated up front that they would collect the money on the morning BEFORE any work was completeWhy did *** not state in my follow up emails that I did not pay them? The emails concerned only me purchasing additional material and when he would have *** come over to finish the installationBeing realistic, why would I not purchase additional material when knew that I needed to in the beginning and discussed it with him?
I will be pursuing this matter in court now that I have ANOTHER full name and place of business. We will let the court decideI have my proof, I suggest you get yours

didn’t know I was doing business with **. [redacted]. From the beginning to the end,
a guy or lady named [redacted] gave me pricing, assigned workers, etc. [redacted] did have a very
male-sound voice. I understand some people changed their names to American ones after they emigrated
from Middle East, like those of **. [redacted]’s worker, [redacted] and his [redacted]. The change is useless if you do not do business in American way.

[redacted] or her workers did not sell felt pads, since those cost was
included in her free furniture moving offer.
She
also said, “felt pads are not required to move furniture because the installers
do not slide the furniture across the floor, they pick up the furniture and
place it down where it needs to go.” What a joke! Did she ever see how her
installers move my piano on installed laminate floor? Which installers could be
that “clever” to pick up a piano and place it down where it needs to go? I
think only **. [redacted]’s installers. Think about this, **. [redacted].
If a felt pad could damage the laminate you sold, what a quality you were
selling!
Now I’m not only going to fight for a repair of my own, I will also
fight to get the laminate **. [redacted] sold to me recalled and won’t let such
cheap and low quality laminate hurt other people.

and his [redacted] bought some felt pads and wanted to charge me. I refused. I
talked to [redacted] in his face that I would not pay extra just because I was nice
and a little more knowledgeable ([redacted] told me). What a bunch of boss and workers!
They even wanted to cheat such a small amount of money out of their clients.

Our response: Chipping of laminate is not covered under manufacturer warranty. Warping of t-molding is cause by liquid damage, which is not covered under manufacturer warranty neither. The customer requested us to...
install laminate in his guest bathroom which we recommended not to do it, because of the high moisture levels in bathrooms and high ratio of water damage. The manufacture warranty does not cover laminate installed in bathrooms. As the customer stated, we did do out part and as a courtesy we gave him a box of laminate and a t-molding to do the repairs himself. We were trying to help him as much as we could. We have worked with several of his co-workers at the [redacted] police dept. and they did not have any issues. We could provide all of those contacts with you so they can verify that they were all happy with their floors. This client is writing negative reviews about us online and what he is stating is not true. We’ll be attaching his invoice and a display of the negative comments he is writing about us on [redacted].
