I'm writing this review to inform those parties that may be interested in this business/service to steer clear - Flagship Carwash Center has to be worst level of service I have ever experienced in my life. For someone who has been a loyal customer for four years the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed by management at the Gainesville and Vienna locations is just absurd. Jenny and Chris the managers at the Gainesville and Vienna locations respectively, have on more than one occasion have shown their managerial aptitude or lack thereof when dealing with customer service issues – as a repeat customer and one who brings the Flagship Carwash Center business both personal and business contacts it truly disappoints me that they handle situations with an attitude that is unbecoming of upper level management in any organization. In the service management industry where customer service/care is such an important aspect of the company’s overall success to see such little care and concern taken for the wellbeing of their customers and/or their vehicles is upsetting to say the least.
While the owner Guy P[redacted] attempts to pick up the pieces that are left in his managements wake, he himself is only one man and can’t rectify every incident that comes to light. That’s just speaking to the incidents that have come to his attention – to take it a step further the incidents that have come to his attention and then the ones he feels like obligated to deal with.
I've recommended this place to many for YEARS! Today I just want to say they no longer have my support and I will make sure that people are aware of how horrible the service has been as of late. Common courtesy, respect, customer service, and a descent car wash on not only my personal vehicles but my business vehicles as well is all I’ve asked for over the four year relationship I’ve had with Flagship Carwash Center. Not only have I not received the basic core values that should be reflected in every business, but to add insult to injury they’ve now terminated my personal membership because of my claim that they damaged one of my personal vehicles this past Sunday. Prior to this incident another one of my personal vehicles was damaged at the Vienna location managed by Chris. When I brought the damage to his attention he first blew it off stating that if any damage occurred it couldn’t have possibly been because of him or his team and left me to front the $1k bill to cover the damages to my car. I of course asked for his managers or the owners information so that I could speak to them, but Chris was not willing to cooperate with me, again stating that he or his workers had nothing to do with the damages and that he would not supply me with any further information on upper level management. Without the help of Chris or the Vienna, Va Flagship CarWash Center team I procured the Owners, Guy P[redacted]’s, information on my own. After explaining the situation to Guy he worked with me to do what he could regarding the damages – while I was not reimbursed in full he did reimburse me a little over a third of the repair costs for my vehicle. For that I am grateful and I’ve expressed my gratitude to Guy and commended him on his professionalism when dealing with the situation. With all of that being said I simply asked Jenny, the manager at the Gainesville Flagship Carwash Center location to fix the damage that occurred to the driver’s side mirror cover of another one of my personal vehicles, but just as Chris from the Vienna location had done, Jenny denied that herself or her team had anything to do with the damages and went on to disrespect and slander my name.
Mr. P[redacted], Jenny, and Chris all I asked was that the damages that took place at your center either be fixed or the costs reimbursed, but you’ve refused to acknowledge my claims and accept responsibility for the damages at hand. I’d think that a company that prides itself on superior car washes/maintenance would better adhere to the requests of their customers and most importantly handle each and every situation brought to their attention as if that situation/discrepancy was one that they themselves we’re experiencing – but unfortunately that’s not the case and because of this I can no longer support the $600/Month in business that I bring your company alone. There’s cameras on site as well as multiple workers so you cannot lead me to believe that no one noticed the damages that were inflicted on the vehicles while they were being worked upon. So while you’ve already done me the privilege of terminating my personal membership, I’ll be taking my business membership elsewhere as well – to a business that is able to show the common decency that we as people should receive from one another no matter the situation; good or bad.
I hope this review has given potential customers insight into the business Flagship Carwash Center and that they will make the decision to take their business to other established car wash centers that pride themselves on customer service and care – all you’ll find at this institution is disappoint, poor service, and possibly damages to your vehicle that weren’t present before leaving it in their care.

I have been a monthly membership customer off and on for a few reasons. The first time they caused damage to my car radio and they paid for it. The second time their machine cracked one of my lights they said "Oh well". The third and final time there was a long white mark going down the length of my vehicle. I watched them use glass cleaner to remove it which also removes the wax. I confronted the owner about it and he and I engaged in a heated argument to only be told he didn't give a [redacted] and my membership was canceled. Someone really needs to stop by this location the ask other customers about missing items from there vehicles and or damage. I was cursed at by the owner in there parking lot this is not a good business owner. Last but not least the owner got in my face a ask me "what are you going to do about" it in a very treating manner. I almost when and filed a police report it was that bad.

Review: I always bring my car in here for a hand wash. I approached the counter and was ignored. Mind you there was 4 people standing around. They continued on with their conversation about who knows what and then was like what can I do for you. I told them I would like a hand was please. He told me I must go back out to the booth and wait in line with the card that are waiting to go through the automatic wash. I told him I always come to this counter. He said go out to the booth. I asked for a manager and he told me he was busy. I requested he call him and he never did. I had to ask someone who was actually doing some work. The manager came out shortly there after. When talking to the manager his excuse was this guy is new. Well then he shouldn't be up front as your primary customer service. He told me their computer system crashed again this is my problem how? The manager wasn't friendly and the overall customer service was terrible. I feel for the crappy attitude I should of been greeted with a friendly manager. I think this place needs a personnel makeover.Desired Settlement: Maybe the owner doesn't realize this is the type of people he has running his business. I'm that annoyed and upset by it that I decided to file this complaint. The manager didn't even offer an apology and I made it known that I was annoyed.

Review: On Friday, March 22 I paid Flaghship Car Wash to perform an interior detailing of my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I observed no immediate problems, but approximately two weeks later, I noted that audio from my car radio was not clear in areas that should have a strong signal. It was at that time that I noticed that my antenna was missing, and when thinking back, realized that it had not been placed back on or in my vehicle after the detailing.

I phoned Flagship, and advised them of the problem. The person that I spoke with indicated that he expected me to drive out to their business on a potential "wild goose chase", where he would provide me with a box of antennas from which I could search for mine - if it was there. I explained that I was traveling overseas within the next couple of days and had absolutely no time to spare to drive out to their business, especially on a fruitless search and when the fault was entirely created by the negligent performance of duties by one of their employees. I requested that they locate my antenna if it was in their box, or purchase a new one from an authorized Jeep parts dealer if it was not, and mail it to me. He indicated that he had no authority to do so, but would have the location manager call me by the end of the day. That did not happen.

Approximately two weeks later, upon my return from abroad, I had a nearly identical conversation with another person who identified themselves as the duty manager. Similarly, they indicated they could not approve my request and would have someone call me back. Again, that never happened.

I waited approximately another week before calling their location again and asking to speak with the owner. I was given another number, and told to ask to speak with [redacted], the company owner. When I called the number, I was told that [redacted] was unavailable, but after explaining the situation, I was directed to [redacted]. [redacted] identified himself as the relevant regional manager.

[redacted] again stated that he expected me to drive out to their location to search through a box of antennas, a potential wild goose chase. For all I know, the employee lost my antenna during the original performance of the job. I explained to [redacted] that as a consultant paid on an hourly basis, taking over an hour to drive out to their business, especially for a potentially pointless endeavor, was unacceptable when the fault was entirely theirs due to the negligent performance of the work by one of their employees. I advised [redacted] that I expected him to "make it right" by ensuring that I received my antenna or a new replacement without having to give up hours of my time. He began to become agressive on the phone, both in tone and in volume. He refused to search and locate my antenna, nor to procure a replacement and mail it. In a raised voice, he said that the only way I was getting my antenna back is if I drove out to their location, and that he was not doing anything at all to help. He then immediately cut off the line.Desired Settlement: Given the rapid escalation of agression by "[redacted]" on the phone, out of fear that I face such agression or even threats against my person were I to encounter him or his staff in person, I do not at this point feel safe being on their property without a law enforcement escort. I have no desire to visit their business for any other reason either.

I am seeking an immediate refund of the $120 paid for this unacceptable service that led to hostile treatment, the ~10% tip I left under the mistaken belief at the time it was deserved, and to have them contact an authorized Jeep parts dealer to ensure that a replacement antenna for a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee is mailed to my address at their expense.

Review: Hello,

I washed my car at Flagship Car Wash approximately at 230 pm on 04/26/13. Which resulted in the damage of my car: 2011 scion tc, license plate : [redacted] The manager refused to take responsibility of the damage, the police was called and a report was filed on the same date and time.Desired Settlement: I desire my car to be repaired and a refund of the service I paid for.

Review: This is the second time in 5 years that the ruffians here have snagged the logo on the side of my car and pulled the factory logo off. They will wash your car with a broom out of a bucket of water....and this is not just on your tires...they will run that broom all over your car if you let them. The result is scratches all over the clear coat of your car.

The last time the manager handled the damage to my car by giving me a regular wash book for free to make up for the $40 it cost me to have the logo replaced.

Today a 6' 2" bald man, who said he was the owner, came to speak to me about the damage today. I showed him the damage they did and explained to him that this was the second time this happened here. He told me "we are very careful and don't damage cars." He then informed me he wasn't going to deal with me, and told me "don't come back!" Really...I've been going here for over 15 years with both of my cars, and now Mr Clean is going to tell me to go away...and don't come back? I will see you in small claims court.

Oh ya...I won't go back.Desired Settlement: Pay for the $50 cost to fix my car that they damaged.
