I am rejecting this response because: The manager, ***, seems to continue to just place blame on the customers instead of fixing issues, or telling the truth! [redacted] has said that there is a TSB on the filter for the truckIve called corporate offices and other service departments and no one else is aware of thisSo, for the last oil changes, they have put the wrong oil filter on my truck & we have told them all those times that it was leaking and they said it was notI feel the are incompetent of their job at this point, as they have lied and changed their story and seem to be just plain lazy!! The other issue we took it today was for a usb port improperly workingThey claim it worked fine!! It does not!! It wont stay onThere is a short or loose connection in the port, not my cord!! Ive tried several cord with all the same result, so you can tell me it worked for the,! I really ***'t think they even check the issuesI think they just give the run around so that the warranty runs out & then it costs the customer big bucks to fix what they should have already fixedMy husband took it & [redacted] tried to tell me he said one thing, when he actually said anotherThat service department just blames customers, lies & is lazy & not a competent service department! I cant even get the manager of the whole business on the phone!! [redacted] refuses to answer my calls!! That tells me she is aware of her very poor service department & definitely proves the poor customer service they give over all!!! Now we have been inconvenienced today and I was late to work, just to be told they put on an oil filter that "should work" and that I will have to come back again to get the right one and come back again to get a new USB port installed!!!! More inconvenience to me, the customer due to very poor customer service!! I want honesty, the CORRECT parts & timely fashion & if they cant get it in a timely fashion I have to be able to have transportation! They are not for their customer at all!!!!
