Unauthorized charge
I DIDN’T sign up for the subscription. I paid $19.99 for the code reader, and THAT’S ALL I WANTED, just like the other guy. I did not sign up for a “trial”. I purposely avoided that! The next thing I know, I’m being charged $99. This kind of shady business practice really pisses me off! I do not recommend doing business with them! Calling PayPal to dispute!

On January 4, 2020 I ordered on line FIXD gadget for cars, the order number being XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. However, It has not been received after 7 months
If I track my order, it has been found roaming from one city to another and I have not received my ordered good. I found this FIXD business as a complete fraud that has been eating the public money and not sending the items.

Desired Outcome

Please black list the fraud FIXD from looting people and eating their money by not sending the ordered items even after receiving payments, Also get the item delivered to me

Hello! We have been trying to contact you regarding your order. The address provided was marked as invalid by the post office. Without the confirmation of the address from you, we could not resend the order. A refund for your order has been issued.

I recently bought a product from FIXD and they sent me an email to do the free trial but I never used it. I got charged and I dont know why.
I got charged on 8/6/2020. The amount was $69.99. There was no number associated with the charge. (I got charged on my master card)

Desired Outcome

I would like to recieve a full refund for I did not want to sign up for the premium version of FIXD. I did not authorize this charge for I was not aware when i purchased the product they would charge me for the FIXD premium. This is not fair and I do not know why I got charged without a number to call and seek resolution.

Hello! I am sorry for the confusion. The trial starts when you sign up for it as detailed in the subscription email. After the trial, the billing cycle begins for the yearly subscription.

We offer a refund period for the subscription, which you fall under so a full refund has been issued and your subscription has been canceled.

I accept FIXD Automative's response, since I also called their number to make sure that my subscription was cancelled and I would get my refund.

I purchased this unit, I paid a fee for premium services. A $69 fee was changed which was not stated
After delivery of purchased item a $69 fee that I was never notified of nor approved showed up overdrafting my account. I paid for premium service n never used it n less than a week later this charge. I want my money back!!!! If this is a fee it needs to be properly disclosed to the customer so they can make an informed decision if they want it or not

Desired Outcome

I want my money back for the unauthorized charges to my account. I also have a $35 overdraft fee

Hello! That charge was for the Premium subscription that you signed up for. We offer a 14 day trial starting the day you signed up for it, which is then billed for the year if the trial is not cancelled. The information for how the subscription works is available on the sign up page.

We understand that some information can be missed which is why we offer a grace period for subscription refunds. I went ahead and cancelled the subscription and issued a refund for you!

I was charged 69.99 today without my verification and had no knowledge of this happening I want my money back.
Today I was charged 69.99 and did not know anything about it. I brought device for $20 paid for a subscription for like $5. That's all I thought I was paying for. So now I see this on my statement and is a big shock. I just want my 69.99 back

Hello! I am sorry for the confusion. In order to get the subscription for about $5 a month, you have to signup for the yearly subscription that you pay for upfront. I see that an agent has already assisted you with a refund so you should be all set.

I ordered a device ($19.99) and a $7.99 subscription and I have surprisingly been charged $69.99 out of nowhere. I would like my full refund.
I ordered my Fixd Automotive tracker on July 9th, and signed up for their FREE 7 day subscription so that I could try it out, little did I know I would be charged for the device,(which obviously I expected) a $7.99 subscription fee, AS WELL AS a $69.99 surprise fee in which I CANNOT afford. I had no idea this charge was coming out of my account. This fee was charged on July, 24th, 15 days after I had ordered my device, and I still have yet to receive my device I might add. But that's not what I'm upset about. I did not sign up for this $69.99 charge, nor did I sign up for the premium subscription after my 7 day free trial was over. This $69.99 charge came out of nowhere and I do not have the funds to support a regular charge like this nor can I afford it now.

Hello! I am sorry for the confusion. It appears you signed up for the yearly version, which is cheaper per month than the monthly version. It appears an agent has already issued a refund for this!

I am pleased that the company FIXD refunded my purchase and I have learnt a valuable lesson when making enquiries/purchases regarding US $

PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES
I cancelled the PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION within the 7 day trial (day 5), because the trial code didn't even work, and they still charged me for a 1 year subscription. I would like to receive my money back.

I downloaded the app which stated there was a week free trial for premium. I canceled the trial before the week was up but was still charged.
I am being charged on my credit card for the FIXD Premium app that I never purchased. I canceled it before the week's trial was up. My credit card also told me I will be charged annually for this app even though I never purchased it and DO NOT want it. I have emailed FIXD multiple times and they assured me I would not be charged but to date, the $76.03 is till on my credit card and needs to credited ASAP!

I am so sorry for the confusion! We have been provided information from Apple regarding the subscription. The information that they provided indicates that you cancelled the day after you were charged. They also indicated that you were already refunded for the subscription.

We are very sorry about the experience that you have had so far. Due to Apple's restrictions for subscriptions, we are limited in our ability to support it, which we have indicated in our email correspondence with you.

Updating my review because the company finally reached out and satisfied my issues. It's unfortunate that it took as long as it did, and that I had to contact them multiple times, but I'll assume they are just over-worked and are trying to make things right.

There was a 2nd payment of 69.99 I didn't approve.
I paid the 59.00 for the equipment and was never told about the 2nd payment of 69.99 to come out of my bank account. I did sign up for premium services but that was only 7.99 a month. I would really like my money back

Purchased July 2nd by debit card. It was to to be delivered never received the product. It was for a Fixed automobile sensor. I am requesting a full refund.

I ordered this device and they charge me they still haven't sent it it just shows a tracking number that is a complete scam it says it was sent via UPS and UPS to the US PS and it's just in limbo at the ladies are supposed to be delivered July 1 is now July 11 I've sent several emails try to get the contact number there is none and I get zero response but they charge me as well as premium charge and I want a refund and I want this device or a refund yesterday it's ridiculous

I am so sorry for the frustration that this has caused you. We use UPS Mail Innovations, which uses the Post Office for final delivery. That is why you see both UPS and USPS for the shipment.

As for your emails, we have written back a number of times asking if you would rather have a refund or have us reship your order. Since you have indicated in the complaint that you wanted a refund, I went ahead and issued that.

As for the subscription, I can see that one of our agents has already assisted you with that.

On 06/04/2020 I purchased Fixd through Facebook for $19.99 shipping was free. I Called Fixd Automotive Inc. at (XXX) XXX-XXXX the same day,
to see if there are any additional charges that would be added to the Fixd Automotive Inc. product that I was paying for. The Lady at
customer service told me that there was a charge and that she was glad that I called so that she could turn off all the extra charges.
I told her that I appreciated it because I could not afford extra suprises , and that we were both disabled .

On 06/20/2020 I was charged 76.26 to my paypal account and then to my bank account, causing overdraph charges of $32.00 each ($96.00). I could
not believe my eyes the one company that told me that I would not have any other charges hit me hard 3 times back to back,
with a charge of 76.29 at a time in my life that I did not have the funds. And now that the Cronina Virus is going around I am no able to get ahold of anyone
and/or human being. All I get is recordings and machines that wont listen to a Senior Disabled American.

I called Fixd and they told me that there were not any charges comeing from them, that Google had to be doing it on their own. and When I call Google, I could not get
a Straight answer. I dont know what to do. At this point, I am sending this letter to you. and I will be sending this letter to the Revdex.com. Because I dont know what else
to do that this time in my life,( 76.29+96.00)Might not seem like much to you but for people like me we live day to day. and we have to save every penny just to
to have a meal for tomarrow.

Below I attached the transactions . P.S. I only recieved (1) one Unit from Fixed.

I have tried to explain my case to several people and / or companies, Google, Paypal, and Fixed but I have yet found someone that will listen to me"Senior Disabled American".

I am sorry for the confusion! The only time we will charge for additional services is if a customer signs up for the Premium Subscription. We offer sign up at the checkout for the sensor and within the app. Note, that this subscription is not required to use the product that you purchased. I can confirm that you did not sign up for the subscriptions through our website.

Based on the details that you provided, you did sign up for the subscription through the Google Play Store. We can still assist you, but Google does make things difficult as they are the ones that have processed the payment. In order to intervene on your behalf, which we are more than happy to do, we will need the subscription order number. This number should have been emailed to you by Google, and will start with the letter GPA.

Again, I am very sorry about this. We will do everything we can to assist you. I look forward to your response so that we can get this settled.

I had originally canceled my account via email with Fixd may 9 and got charged $69.99 on july 2nd
I had originally canceled my account via email with Fixd in may 9th and got charged $69.99 on july 2nd and when I went to dispute transaction the bank had sent me a letter stating that they had provided proof I had authorized the transaction which is false. I had called to find out whats going on and apparently my email to customer support had never been filed so I verbally cancelled it on july 3rd. I had called several times within the week and and today and I keep getting told a supervisor will contact me regarding my situation which no one had called me yet.

Hello! I am sorry to hear about your experience! I can see that your request for a cancellation was completed, but a refund was not issued since you were outside the allotted time frame. Since you have been trying to cancel before that, I went ahead and issued the refund for you.

I have to update my review. I'd left a one star rating because of two months of dealing with their unsupportive customer support. They've finally responded and solved my issues, and apologized for my experience, with a promise that they would work with the support reps to try to improve. So, I'm upping my rating to three stars.

I ordered the product over two weeks ago paid in full. It was never delivered to me I have emailed them 3-4 times . I need a refund.
If you pay in full and notify them they ignore you. Not receiving something that you paid for , they should take care of it. It's has been two weeks and I checked the shipping code and it appears to be stuck somewhere in NJ, which they should have done.At this point I need a refund .

I called and requested cancellation of the account immediately! They did not!
Ordered the Fixd by Not the service contract
They just charged me 74.63
Idropped the service with them as soon as I found the charges
They didn't drop them and are charging me
