Hello,We responded to this complaint on November 9th but received a new "rejection" notice todayTo clarify our earlier response, this individual is not a member of our database and has never received email communication from us.Even so we have taken steps to have flagged these two email addresses in our system as never to send anything. We sent only emails each month in the form of newsletters which have an unsubscribe link.We do not send any emails more frequently than this.We also do not have records of phone calls or emails from this client.IF he did receive emails from an @ [redacted] .com email, they can provide us with the full email header details (example below) But the emails were not sent from us - they received a spoofed email "E-mail spoofing is the forgery of an e-mail header so that the message appears to have originated from someone or somewhere other than the actual sourceDistributors of spam often use spoofing in an attempt to get recipients to open, and possibly even respond to, their solicitations.” Thank you,LucyFive Star Alliance

This customer is not part of any of our email marketing campaign database, however we have gone ahead and unsubscribed both email addresses mentioned anyway.I think they may be confusing our site with another company as we don't send emails more frequently than times a month and we have no
record of calls or emails to us regarding this matter and we staff on a 24/basis with phone, email and live chat. We also offer simple one step unsubscribing to our bi-monthly emails for all email recipients

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: It is the height of STUPIDITY to imply that I'm either lying or stupid and that THIS is the problem and yet not mention that they refused to call me back, to respond to any of my emails or even to answer the phone. This is at the bottom of each email. I JUST copied this text from one of the emails that I've received. You are currently subscribed as %%email%%If you wish to leave this mailing list, simply unsubscribe. Refer to our Privacy Policy.[redacted] FLORIDA is a division of Questex  LLC.[redacted], New York, NY [redacted]© 2015 [redacted] LLC. All Rights Reserved.Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without written permission.I JUST copied this from the complaint that I submitted.[redacted] Media Group LLC.To me it looks like the name of this company starts with a Q  U  E, and then at the end there is a T  E  X, and in the middle it looks like there is an S. This, to me, spells [redacted] and it is followed with an LLC. This caused me to think that I was filing a complaint against Questex, which apparently I did.Now note the sentence - "If you wish to leave this mailing list, simply unsubsribe." This is what I've done now dozens and dozens and dozens of times.THIS is the unsubscribe link.[redacted]So now that I have proven that this company LIED about me being "subscribed" after they told you that I wasn't on any subscription list and now that I have proven that this is the correct company TWICE, what are the chances that they only sent two emails per month? I get several each week for EACH of their locations to EACH of my email addresses.I was hoping for an apology - a·pol·o·gy?'päl?je/noun1.a regretful acknowledgment of an offense or failure."we owe you an apology"synonyms:expression of regret, one's regrets"I owe you an apology"2.a very poor or inadequate example of."we were shown into an apology for a bedroom"NOT a hollow and easily disproven accusation of being confused or stupid! I'm not surprised by the callous arrogance of this response however as I tried numerous times via email and by phone to correct this situation BEFORE filing a complaint. I am, however surprised to receive this type of response after the complaint. As for the frequency of two emails each month...[redacted] Florida October 25, October 28, October 5[redacted] Las Vegas  May 20, May 18, May 20[redacted] New York December 23, December 19, December 3(I have dozens more)Not only do I not receive two emails each month, many times I receive numerous emails EACH WEEK!#1. I HAD the correct company.#2. I WAS subscribed.#3. I WAS receiving numerous emails each week.#4. I WAS receiving emails for numerous shows.#5. I had unsubscribed NUMEROUS times. We used to take some of our students to these shows but this certainly won't be the case in the future, nor will we be attending. The arrogance of this company is absolutely stunning! This is a clear case of [redacted] Effect at work. There WAS some stupidity and there WAS some confusion included in this situation but it was all interjected by this spammer![redacted]
