Dear Representatives of the Revdex.com,We are very saddened, that in spite of it being Valentine's Day, extreme cold, and snow that this customer was not satisfied with our services we provided to herWe delivered it a day early (Sunday) to ensure that the flowers were delivered on time due to weather and an early serviceAs part of our standards, we made sure fresh and quality flowers were used in the arrangementIt was wrapped carefully in brown paper in order to protect it from the frigid temperatures outsideHonestly, we could have charged more for delivery with it being a holiday weekend and for delivering it early due to weather, service time, but we did not.We have been in business for years and take pride in our efforts for a customer's satisfactionIn addition to cultivating a loyal group of returning clients, we strive to be active in the community with various charitiesWe maintain a high standard of product that is naturally delicate as well as a high quality artistic vision.Since we are unable to make this customer happy, we would like to offer her a percent discount on the arrangement and send her an arrangement to help make amends.Kind Regards,
