We have communicated with this member and explained the credit union policy in detailThey haven't been singled out or treated unfairly; all members are subject to the credit union's check hold policy

I will personally review this complaint and determine if the Teller(s) were practicing company guidelines/policy when applying the hold on the check that was deposited
