Complaint # 12328592To whom it may concern:Hello my name is Sandra M [redacted] and I am a customer service representative for First Class SistributionLLCl am so sorry to hear about [redacted] ***unfortunate bad experience with ourcompanyWe pride ourselves in our commercial high quality grade lighting suppliesMaybe there was amisunderstanding between the salesman and the representatives from [redacted] ***Whichis why I'd like to take this opportunity to set the record straight on a few things that I fee [redacted] ***has misunderstood about thisOne of our salesmen contacted a representative from [redacted] ***on August 29, by phoneDuring that conversation the representativefrom [redacted] ***placed an order for some commercial grade lighting with our salesman.The lighting was delivered to the facility on September 07, The merchandise was at [redacted] ***for almost days before we had even heard or knew about there being any issues,questions and or discrepanciesOur customer service department was seeking information on theinvoice payment status on September 28, so we contacted them via phone to speak with someonein accounts payableThe representative from the accounts payable department informed us someonemust approve the invoice and they would get back to usWe reached out again on October 5,2017, andOctober 6, On October a certain representative from [redacted] ***asked us toemail them the invoice so they can assistBack and forth correspondents, phone calls and voicemailsand etcare exchanged in reference to the invoice until November 28, On November 28, arepresentative from [redacted] ***contacted us saying they are returning the product eventhough at this point the bill is now days delinquentWe obliged the representative and gave theminformation and instructions on how to returnIt is unfortunate it took days for any concerns to beexpressedWhether it was the unhappiness with our product, the fact that the representative from [redacted] ***didn't have the proper authority and authorization to order etcHave we hadknown sooner this could have been handled much sooner and smootherNevertheless, it seems thiscompany's main objective was to return, and as long as they got the results they wanted then that is allthat mattersHopefully, in future customer service problems down the line we will have customers thatwill continue to give us a fair chance of assisting them in matters so we can provide them with our 100%customer satisfaction and assistance.Sincerely,Sandra M***Customer Service TeamFirst Class Distribution LLC

On November 28, 2017 arepresentative from [redacted]. contacted us saying they are returning the product eventhough at this point the bill is now 90 days delinquent. We obliged the representative and gave theminformation and instructions on how to return. It is unfortunate it took 90 days for any concerns to beexpressed. Whether it was the unhappiness with our product, the fact that the representative from[redacted]. didn't have the proper authority and authorization to order etc. Have we hadknown sooner this could have been handled much sooner and smoother. Nevertheless, it seems thiscompany's main objective was to return, and as long as they got the results they wanted then that is allthat matters. One of our salesmen contact [redacted] on July 28, 2017. During that conversation he placed an order for some commercial grade lighting with our salesman. The lighting was delivered to the facility on August 1, 2017. We reached out to the facility since speaking to [redacted] on August 28, 2017 in reference to the invoice. After our customer service department was seeking information on the invoice payment status; [redacted] expressed the fact that he wanted to return and they were not happy with our product. Although the product hasn't been returned to our warehouse we have voided any charges to [redacted] as far as the invoice really wished we would have known about there being an issues sooner so we could have addressed it sooner for them. As early stated, I am happy this was somewhat resolved and that ultimately [redacted] got the result they wanted.Sincerely,Sandra M

pride ourselves in our commercial high quality grade lighting supplies. Maybe there was a misunderstanding between the salesman and Mr. [redacted] on some level of him getting free samples. We do not supply free samples to customers which is why I feel there had to have been some misunderstanding for Mr. [redacted] to think that. If the salesman in any way shape or form mentioned that sincerely apologize on behalf of the company. We are and want to continue to be a company of integrity and I don't want that to be tainted because of a misunderstanding. I am happy that you were able to get this sent back to us and we successfully received the product back at our return warehouse. You could have requested a call tag and we would have gladly obliged you. a misunderstanding between the salesman and [redacted]. Which is why I'd like to take this opportunity to set the record straight on a few things that I feel [redacted] has misunderstood about this. One of our salesmen contact [redacted] on January 5, 2017. During that conversation he placed an order for some commercial grade lighting with our salesman. The lighting was delivered to the facility on January 10, 2017. We reached out to the facility since speaking to [redacted] on February 6, 2017 in reference to the invoice. After our customer service department was seeking information on the invoice for over two months; someone expressed the fact that they wanted to return and they were not happy with our product. So we obliged and provided [redacted] with our warehouse's return address. Although the product has been returned to our warehouse and we have voided any charges to [redacted] as far as the invoice I really wished we would have known about there being an issue sooner so we could have addressed it sooner for them. I especially wish we would have known that they wanted a call tag because we could have provided that to them so they would have not have had to pay any shipping charges.
