April 27, 2016Dear Sir or Madame:The consumer purchased the above vehicle on 03/26/Enclosed you will find a copy of the Bill of Sale, on the Bill of Sales is an important "Notice To The Buyer" deposit is non-refundable!The reason the Lenders returned his deal, because his employer could
not be verifiedAll documents have to be verified to satisfy the lenderSo the consumer information was not true.Thank you for your time and consideration to this matter, it is greatly appreciated.Respectfully,Ronen B.President

Dear Sir or Madame:The consumer purchased the car on December 8th The consumer deal included a six months warranty and the warranty is still in effectHowever, the warranty company rejected the claim because the Consumer continue driving on a broken radiator hose, which cause the
vehicle to overheat, enclosed you will find a detail report. We do not owe the consumer anything, and we did not cause the problem.Unfortunately, the consumer was responsible at the time she drove the vehicle.Thank you for your time and consideration to this matterIt is greatly appreciated.Respectfully,Ronen B***PresidentEncl:Inspector Name:Steven R*** Reason For Vehicle towed to this location and we received estimate for engine replacementInspection: Contacted repair shop - spoke with Ron.Ron Stated that coolant and oil intermingled and engine has internal damage.**This same vehicle had claim submitted week ago from *** in PhiladelphiaRepair shop stated that water outlet (thermostat housing) had cracked and car came to theirlocation with no coolant in engineThis prior claim was denied because thermostat housing is not a covered componentRepair shop later called back to advise that engine showed signs of severe overheat and was smoking*** declined to perform diagnostics to determine failure.I need inspector to determine if overheating was caused by failed water outlet housingNeed inspector to confirm overheat damage to engine and oil/coolant intermingle. The engine oil level was overfilled and contaminated with coolant and the coolant system was lowThe intake on this engine does not have coolant passing through it so I assumed the head gasket failedTo check this I removed the degas bottle pressure cap and observed the system was blowing exhaust fumes out of it with the engine was runningThis substantiates the head gasket failedUpon further inspection I found the thermostat housing had been recently replacedBased on the residue and debris buiin the housing area it appeared it had been leaking for a long period of timeIt also appeared someone had recently replaced the one of the ignition coils for a engine misfire condition.Inspector's Opinion of Cause of Failure:Based on my findings it is my opinion the thermostat gasket failed which resulted in engine overheat condition and subsequent head gasket failure.Inspector: Steven R***
