Then even if your making payments on the loan. They will come and repo your vehicle as they feel even though previous arrangements was made with other loan agents. They have no clue what agent said what. Its a he said she said deal and we didn't know! [redacted] business. Only play mind games with their customers causing stress and hardship.
My experience has been positive, very positive. They mow two of my neighbors' yards as well. Three separate incidents help characterize this family business. First, when I decided to give a relative the opportunity to mow my lawn last summer, they were absolutely totally understanding. There were no questions asked (and no rate increase) when I returned to them this summer. Second, they were not quite finished this last wednesday when the downpour hit. All that was lefft was a little bit of edge trimming. They made an extra trip out here the next day (on their own volition) to complete the service. Third, I calld tjhem to ask for recommendations out near falcon for a relative. While they did not have anybody to recommend, the returned my call and gave valuable suggestions of how we might find somebody.
I had an appt for [redacted](owner) of Little Lynns Lawn Care & Maint. to come out on 10/13/14 at noon to maintain my lawn prior to moving. At approximtely 2:00pm noone has shown up yet. I called Little Lynn's ([redacted]) and received an answering machine so left a msg. I called again at 4:15pm. I received a phone call from [redacted] (owner) at approx. 5:15pm on 10/13/14. I asked him why he did not show up and he stated "It was too cold to tend to the lawn, I thought you would know that". I stated to [redacted] that I didnt realize it had to be "warm" to mow lawn. He stated that he can come by the following day (10/14/14) between 9-9:30 am. I told im I would have indeed appreciated a telephone call telling me he was not coming by and that I will see him the following day at the time he indicated.
The following day arrived and it was 11:00am and no Little Lynns's ([redacted]). I knew at this point he and his company were unreliable and unprofessional. At approximately 11:15 he came by with 2 co-workers. He walked up the driveway and I asked him what time it was. He said "I said I would be here around noon". I told him that was for the previous day and he said "Look lady, do you want me to leave or what ..." . I told him I would like to discuss the matter...and told him what time he said he was going to be here. I told him he is once again late and I would not like those type of services. He said "fine Bh...f....you" and just stood there. I told him to leave my property or I will be calling the police...he left cussing and walked down the driveway name calling.
It was a horrible experience...and I would not recomment this person or his company to anyone...I can hardly believe he is still in business!
I called a total of 5 times both this spring, and last spring, attempting to schedule yard word.
They never called back.
I'm assuming it's because it wasn't the simple mowing that they prefer.
I find this poor customer service arrogant and inconsiderate, therefore I rate them as negative.
