Revdex.com spoke to Renee at business and the following was clarified: The customer had training sessions left on the package of sessions and days left on the day package for daycareIt also states on our website that these packages are non-refundableWe did attempt to contact the customer prior to the complaint and we were prepared to allow their dog to finish the daycare days and sessionsThere is no refund to issue

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe owner and trainer never tried to contact us I sent multiple emails and phone calls to the owner with no responseI also left messages with the daycare manager to have the owner contact me with no results When my wife went there the owner would not come out and meet with her and she had to find the owner within the facilityThe trainer confided in my wife after the owner stormed away that the owner has had problems before and that the manager is too scared to stand up to her At no time was any animal threatened or any threat made, that is just preposterous This is starting to feel like a 5th grade fight between two girls All we want is the money we prepaid for training, NOT for the daycare package I don't believe that is too much to ask It is a really terrible way to run a business
