Ms*** called our office on 7/29/reporting a broken dentureWe told her we can see her the same day as a waand even though our goal is to fix it same day, depending on the break, we may not be able to fix it in office and that it may take multiple days of lab work or even complete
replacement if it was a serious breakWe also told her that the initial exam is $and didn't include the price of any procedures; the price to repair the denture could range widely and we could discuss it with her the doctor determines the steps necessary to fix itOur attending doctor did an oral examination and also examined the denture and determined it is a structural break and that it would need a couple days of lab work to be repairedThe patient did not like the doctor's diagnosis.At Kings Dental, customer satisfaction is an utmost priorityMaking sure that the patient is informed, not only of their diagnosis and dental needs, but also of their insurance and financial situation is extremely important to usOur front office made sure that everything was told to the patient forthright

I apologize that Ms*** feels upset but according to our records we clearly told her that we are going to put in all effort to fix it same day but if it was a serious break then it may require some days in the lab to fixWe also told her that the $only covered the initial exam and doesn't include the price of any proceduresWe told her that we wouldn't know how much the price to repair the denture would be until our attending doctor analyzed the denture and determined the steps necessary to fix it.As for the $95, on 7/29/our attending doctor did in fact do an oral examination and also examined the denture and determined it is a structural break and that it would need a couple days of lab work to be repairedThe patient did not want to go any amount of days without her denture and did not like the doctor's diagnosisI can provide chart notes if necessary

Once again, Financially Fit is sorry that our customer didn't realize the Financially Fit program was bundled with the home business package she also purchasedAs she is aware, we immediately refunded her money when she requested it We wish her the best

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I was willing to pay for a repair of my denture .the only reason I went there is because they said they could reglue my tooth that dayI went home and superglued my tooth back in placethey could have done that instead of quoting an outlandish repair costing several hundred dollars and not doing on site which is reasonableI feel that they pulled a bait and switch on me by telling me on the phone that they could do it that dayafter taking my money they didn't perform any nothing less than a full credit to my credit card is acceptable to me
