I went to this company to get my chimney cleaned and they gave me a great rate for a service that I had paid much more for in the past with previous companiesI was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easilyThe day of the appointment, the cleaners showed up on time and were very friendly and professionalThey got the job done perfectly and finished sooner than I expectedThey even gave me some great tips on how to keep my chimney clean and running efficientlyI had a great experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to others

A friend of mine introduce me to Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning, and Initially, I was skeptical to make use of their services because of some bad experience I have had overtime with some companies online, but I was persuaded by my friend to give them a trial which I did, I give them a trial so I was expecting the worse like what am use to in the companies I have make use of beforeSo I went to Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning to get my chimney cleaned and we fixed an appointmentThe cleaners showed up on time and they were very professionalThe job was done perfectly and on timeThe experience was great and I would recommend them to my friends and associate

This customer initially called because she purchased a LivingSocial voucher for a chimney clean and/or inspectionThe purchase price for the voucher is $The service was scheduled and performed on Friday, January We did not receive any calls from her until Friday, March I have copied the notes on her account, see note below: 03/13/12:04pm CUSTOMER CALLED AND STATED SHE HAD A ROOFER GO OUT AND INSPECT HER ROOF AND HE NOTICED THE FLASHING AROUND THE CHIMNEY NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED AND SHE STATED WHEN THE TECH WENT OUT HE NEVER TOLD HER WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE HE SAID EVERYTHING IS FINE AND NOW WATER IS COMING INTO HER CHIMNEYSHE STATED THAT WASN'T AN ISSUE BEFORE WE WENT OUTSHE STATED SHE HAD NO IDEA THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE CHIMNEY EVEN WHEN HE LEFT BECAUSE HE MADE IT SEEM LIKE EVERYTHING WAS OKAYI PULLED THE INVOICE AND JASON MADE NOTES ON THE THINGS SHE NEEDED REPAIREDI THEN READ TO HER WHAT JASON NOTED ON THE INVOICE THAT HE RECOMMENDED NEEDED TO BE DONESHE STATED HE CAUSED THE DAMAGE TO OBTAIN A SALE AND THEN SHE STARTED SAYING HE DIDN'T TELL HER IT NEEDED TO BE DONE RIGHT AWAYI THEN EXPLAINED TO HER SHE STATED WE RUINED THE FLASHING TO GET A SALE, BUT WHEN THE TECH WROTE ON THE INVOICE WHAT WAS NEEDED HE DIDN'T PRESSURE HER TO GET IT DONE SO SHE DIDN'T THINK IT WAS NECESSARYI TOLD THE CUSTOMER HER SIGNATURE IS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICESHE THEN STATED SHE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND US TO ANYONEI APOLOGIZED AND TOLD HER WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGE ON HER CHIMNEY BECAUSE THE TECH EVEN NOTED ON THE INVOICE WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE WHICH WE ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE AT THE COST HE QUOTEDSHE DECLINED.-AC We have attached the front and back of the original invoice with Ms [redacted] 's signature

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint What if the concrete dripping over the sides of the chimney that is now dried? The bricks that were removed and not put back? You say there is a year warranty, but the second technician who came out said warranties don't normally go on this repair and he "wasn't supposed to give me a warranty, but would this time." Do you not see why it puts me in a place that makes it certain I have to have a different company come in do the job now? I have gotten run around and then when the job was completed, it was done hap-hazardly The job had more than just one thing wrong at the end.
The quality work done does not merit the price that was paid in full on November 27,and that is why a refund is in order You would not pay a restaurant for a meal that your ordered as chicken only to receive a cheeseburger and then be told the cheeseburger is what passes for chickenPaying for basketball seats mid section and being given nose bleed seats, wouldn't be acceptable and you would buy the tickets elsewhereI paid for a professional job completion I ended up having to chase this company down, speak to a branch in an entirely different city from my own to get a response, and now the job was done poorly

We'd been using our fireplace successfully for years, but last winter, things got really Smokey, so we had to quit using itBefore this coming winter, I really wanted to get it checked out, since the fireplace is my favorite feature of our house, and I love a nice fire on a wintery nightI was afraid there was a bird's nest blocking the chimney or somethingAnd a creosote log didn't work at allThe guys from Nature's Own Chimney showed up on time, moved furniture, and laid down blankets to protect my carpetThen they inspected the fireplace and chimney really professionallyThey said it was safe, just really dirtySo they put their big vacuum cleaner brush to work and had so much dirt coming down, I was amazedThey cleaned it all up, worked really fast and efficiently, and before I knew it, they were doneThey even gave me some bricks to prop the fireplace grate up higher and give us a better draft for the smokeAND they cleaned the smoke residue off the paint on the front of the fireplace that had made us stop using itI wasn't expecting that at allWonderful, fast work for a very reasonable priceWe rent, so I was a bit worried about spending the money, but I'd do it again in a heartbeatCome on Christmas!
