I requested a quote through the Revdex.com site and Larry [redacted] promptly contacted me and came out and met with me.I told him I had a leak around the chimney and he told me what he thought needed to be done.He impressed me with his knowledge of code and this is why I chose Fields to do the work.Kelly the roofer showed up with a helper and did an impressive job including tearing off and replacing the shingles, flashing ,rotted decking, chimney siding and new metal cap.The next day it poured and no leaksI would highly recommend this company.I am a retired construction supervisor with the Escambia County School District who was required to have a building license so I was impressed with the knowledge and professional work Fields did

Fields Discount Roofing I originally called for a quote on May 24, I left message requesting estimate for roof repair/replace on house and garageNo one called back so on May 25, I "e" mailed them thru Angies ListLater that day I received response back stating they tried twice via phone to respondI had no evidence of any phone calls from themReceived a call later the same day from a man named LarryHe informed me that he would make arrangements to come by either that Friday or the next TuesdayTuesday came and went and no one ever called or showed upOn Wednesday June 1, I received phone call from Ken Robinson apologizing for Larry's no show/no call I made appointment for Thursday June 2nd for estimateKen showed up at the scheduled time I received job estimate from KenI was very pleased with KenHe spent over an hour with me answering questions and explaining what I needed for a new roofOffered what I thought was a fair estimate I called Ken the next day, Friday June 3, with a couple additional questions and to approve the jobDuring the conversation I informed Ken that I was going to get a tarp to cover roof to stop additional leak damages because it would be about weeks before they would be able to do the job Ken then offered to have a couple workers "dry in" my roof to help me out and that he would call later that day to let me know when they could be outI then informed Ken that he definitely had a deal since he was really helping me outAt this point I was very impressed with Ken and Fields Roofing He never called backIt rained over inches over the weekendVery wet sagging ceilingThanks Ken I called Ken Tuesday 7thHe did not seem to remember anything about his kind offerI reminded him and he then apologized saying "didn't someone come by and take care of it" Oh no? I take full responsibility for it and he would again arrange for workers to come by and "dry in" roof He was to call that afternoon to let me know when they would do the "dry in" I have never heard back from himI GIVE Up

He never called back. It rained over 4 inches over the weekend. Very wet sagging ceiling. Thanks Ken.
