The auto service answering service was extremely rude when I need to make appointment for an estimate of my car damage due to accidentI lease my car with fiat and thought to have it fixed thereSince it was going to be my first time there, I had to ask several questions in regard to their operations hours so I can better fit my timeHowever, asking questions seem to be the start of the problem with the lady who answered the phone It was Tuesday evening at 5:30pm on 6/*/and I could only make my call after my work in ORIt was probably close to her time off work, but people really don't think that not everyone has the luxury to make a phone call during regular office hoursPeople like me who work in medical field starts our days early at 6am and end our days later than office hoursShe may had a bad day, but I just finished trying to saving someone's loved ones/daughter/son/mom/dad's life in the ORI really don't appreciate rudeness

like to address the complaint of [redacted]. The date(1/*/16) that [redacted] came in to discuss the intention of leasing a new vehicle was 18 days past the termination date of his lease with Ally Bank so there were never any future remaining monthly payments. When a customer's lease is over any future payments or excess wear and tear are the responsibility of the lessee, the bank owns the vehicle and we were the liaison in securing the lease for the lessee. In further reading [redacted] complaint he is using the term "maintenance", which was covered on his previous lease. All of the documentation from the initial proposal to the executed lease agreement makes no mention of an future payments, maintenance, or excess wear and tear in regard to the vehicle he dropped off. That being said there could have been some miscommunication if he was using the term "maintenance" taking into consideration our primary goal which is to try to satisfy the customer we would be willing to extend complimentary maintenance on [redacted] new lease for the term of the lease.

Review: I would like to attest by the present letter that on Dec [redacted] 2013, I came to Fiat of Manhattan with the interest in leasing the fiat 500 as advertised at $99/ month and $99/ month parking.

I was assigned to [redacted] to be my salesperson. From the first exchange we had, I made clear that I was ready to pay the lease in full granted that I have a good price.

[redacted] told me that the $99 only applied to certain criteria that didn t fit my needs. After a lengthy negotiation that [redacted] had to go back and forth to her [redacted], we agreed that my final price including taxes will be $141 in condition that I will pay the full lease upfront.

The lease was for 42 month so the total for me to pay for the lease including taxes will be 42*141=$5922.

This is what I agreed to pay.

[redacted] insisted that the car was ready for me to celebrate new year eve with the new car.

Then I was transferred to [redacted], who is in charge of finance, to finalize the contract.

I also made clear to [redacted] that I wanted to pay in one time and not to pay anything anymore until the end of the lease. [redacted] agreed.

[redacted] introduced new fees such as bank fees and DMV fees , registration fees etc…

The total for these fees was an additional $2921 so the grand total for my full lease was $8843 that I paid with 2 cc as they could nt take more than $5000 per cc.

1 [redacted] was charged $5000 and the second one $3843. Receipts attached.

Separately, I also paid for a full 6 month insurance policy directly to [redacted].

They prepped a contract that they didn’t give me more than 2 minutes to review as they brought the car ready for me to drive out with the plates ready to go.

They showed me where to sign and everyone was happy and drove out with the car happy not to have anything to worry about for the next 42 month.

Then the nightmare began. In January, [redacted] financial calls me to ask me for a monthly payment.

I told them that I have paid Fiat and they told me that they have not received anything from Fiat.

So I called [redacted] and she told me that she will look into it.

The next month (February), they call me again and this time I send an email to [redacted] with no response.

The following month they called saying that my account was becoming past due and delinquent.

I made multiple phone calls to discuss with a [redacted] but in vain.

In the last week of March, I decided to go to Fiat and return the car.

I arrived there, and as the [redacted] approached, me asked the front desk operator not to take the keys from me and that he will see me in his office. His name is [redacted].

I explained the situation, he listened and said he was going to look into it and get back to me.

A week went by with no answer. I called a few time but he would pick up or return my call.

He then told me that he spoke to the [redacted] and that he wouldn’t do anything for me.

Since then I want to return the car, receive my full money back and all damages caused by this event and move on.

But I have no access to any customer service to do the return.

[redacted] financials is harassing with phone calls to request money that I paid already.

I spoke to [redacted] financial and they fully understand my case and they opened a claim for it.

I need your help in resolving this problem.

Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to return the car and receive all my money back
