Jim Kelleher came in to sell us siding. He talked about being a local family owner business that is honest. He promised us 12 months no interest and wrote into the contract they will replace shutters on 3 windows. We signed the contract and gave him $800.00 on a $20,000.00 siding job. After a week Jim calls to tell us the finance company only has 6 months no interest, so we have to pay 2X faster, a real financial burden. Then he promises to replace a window to make up for the financing. They never replaced the shutters, they never replaced the window. I have been waiting patiently and calling for 3 months, all I get is excuses. I am getting estimates for the shutters and windows and going to get a judgement against them. Do yourself a favor use another company, he talks a good game but doesn't deliver, even if it is in the contract.

This Construction Company F.H.R is family owned we take pride in our work in those words said Jim K[redacted] Well don't believe him his company had done work on my house $28,000.00 worth and a lot went wrong while doing demo. they caused damage to inside walls, ceiling and roof. The only time he showed up at the site was to pick up payments. He also told me that the products he used on my house has warranties he was going to bring them over still waiting then when I called him he stated its in the mail. I wish I had not used this company still have problems with water coming in windows I called him still waiting a month past by no calls.

Had to make repairs with other company.

VERY disappointed with this company. I do not write a lot of reviews, but felt very strongly about writing this one. The owner Jim comes in and says he is not a salesmen, just the owner. That couldn't be further from the truth. If we didn't get him as a referral from someone, just based on his SALESMEN speech I would have never used him. He is over the top annoying. After hiring him and giving him $15,000 for our new roof and calling him with issues, he has still one month later not returned my calls. His crew left a tremendous amount of garbage and nails all over the property and a few nails were stepped on, puncturing a hole in my child's foot. It went right through the shoe and punctured the foot, causing it to bleed and needing a tetanus shot. And still no call back, or come to fix the few things that were damaged. BEWARE. I'm not trying to ruin someone's business, just being truthful.
