I am really tired of this person
saying she doesn't owe this money when I supplied you Revdex.com , and her the Invoice, and Work Order from DecYes 2013.And how do I contact *** *** when there isn't a phone number listedIn closing I am going to credit her account, and will not be renewing with Revdex.comThis should settle this compliant!

The service fee of $was for the Technician to travel to this location,look at the water heater to make sure it was leaking at the tank or leaking at any piping near the tankAt this time we would tell the customer what the charge would be to fix it, or replace it( he was told there would
be a $ service charge ) The water heater could not be fixed so he was given prices to replace itThis was not an estimate! He also came to our office and I tried to explain to him the charges in front of many witness's

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.But...I am not satisfied about the fact that our heater/ furnace doesn't work, and the fact that they broke our oil pipe the first time that they came to our home, etc.  (The email that I sent to you on 10-06-15 has more details).  (Also, the original complaint text and other emails, too, of course).Does this mean that they won't bother us anymore?  Does this mean that this is finally over?Thank you so very much for all of your time!Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:  The service fee ($75.00) was not mentioned during the initial telephone conversation (if it was mentioned...I would have quickly hung up).  I had explained during the conversation that the only reason why I called them is because of their company's label/sticker on the water heater tank, to inquire about the warranty...request for a free quote and other information... I did not recall in any of the conversation to service it.  The secretary/telephone rep suggested to sent the Technician (I certainly did not) on the date they scheduled.  Also, I would like to mention their website advertisement (www.ffkling.com)...clearly say "We offer free estimates for equipment installations or general service requests.  Free estimates, inspections and water tests will be done during regular business hours."  Please check the website...(www.ffkling.com) also on their advertisement (on the very bottom-right side..."Have you thanked a Veteran today?" I am a retired miltary member (20 plus years), a veteran, a community volunteer.  I believed I mentioned these to the owner/manager (appeared to be very upset/distraught) because I showed up to their office and tried to explain the above information.   Again, please visit their website (www.ffkling.com) advertisement!

I will accept the response when I receive a refund from F.F. Kling for the service call charge.  The owner Fred has agreed to refund the charge, but I consider the matter open until the refund is received.  I will follow up shortly.

This boiler was installed 8/25/2011. That is 5 years ago. [redacted] had the  option of a liner when she signed the contract. We gave her a price for liner if needed. The boiler manufacturer does not state that a liner is necessary, it says they prefer. I assume someone else...

installed a liner after our installation because you can see it at the top of the chimney. [redacted] called the gas company to come out. they red tagged the boiler because of the chimney not the installation. I called the gas company and spoke with a Rep who explained what was wrong. Nothing was said about the installation. the Gas company Rep said that [redacted] told him that there is liner in, but it is not connected inside the chimney? Where did it come from? We didn't install it. The gas company also fired up the boiler and said No Carbon Monoxide was found. She wants someone to pay for her damaged chimney. Review: I have a water heater that was previously installed by the Kling's according to the label on the tank. So I called the business number, the conversation was brief with the customer service and I also explained the problem with the water heater (slow leak...about 1 drop a minute)...she said I'll send somebody down first thing in the morning within a couple of days. So I said ok and without going on the detail/estimates/free quote, etc. The truck showed up...the service person went down the basement without my presence, looked on the water heater...then I came down and we introduced ourselves, he said "it's up to you, we can replace it for same 40 gallon for $950.00 or 50 gallon for $1200.00" I immediately said that's too much just to replace so I said no to the offer. Then a couple days later they send a BILL for $75.00 service fee, claiming that the service was for giving me the price information to replace the tank! I don't feel that I should pay this bill! Please advise. I just found out that they offer a free estimate/quote on their advertisement!Desired Settlement: I don't feel that I should pay for the above service that they are claiming. I could have discussed this matter on the phone if they would have offered the information. I also do not agree on the time that plumber had spent (not even 10 minutes of his time and my time)that's worth to charge me $75.00 service fee. Please help. Thank You,[redacted], **.[redacted]
