Review: My name is [redacted] im writing to make a complaint against ([redacted]). I sent out $7.50 for a magazine on February [redacted], 2014 to ([redacted]. It has been 2 months & I havn't received my merchandise. I have a payroll monthly statement that says my check has been cashed & the money deducted from my account. Can you please look into this matter for me to obtain my merchandise or money. Please & thank you for your time & effort. I'll wait your reply.Desired Settlement: Send magazine or refund.
Review: I ordered a subscription to Sweets Magazine. I paid $40 in February 2014. The credit card statement showed the payment was made for the subscription. The company was contacted several times by email but customer service never responded.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to receive a full refund.
