I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me pending the investigation from the issuing banks to my master card and [redacted] credit card.  Dominion National contacted me on 02/27/17 regarding my concern and they suppose to issue 2 credits to master card which I still did not receive due to their double billing on both credit cards account.  I requested to cancel my account with them as of 03/01/17 and to issue credit to my [redacted] credit card which I did receive.

The complaint for [redacted] was settled in her favor on 12/16/2016. We spoke to the member again on 2/22/2017. To our knowledge, the consumer has no further outstanding concerns/issues and there is no additional activity on her account.

paid anything.  As such, I will have to pay the entire bill.Dental Insurance:  Shows the letter from Dominion Dental, which states that my coverage starts on 3/1/2016.  I should have had coverage since 1/1/2016, or at least 2/1/2016.I can provide other documents or information as needed.  My daughter helps me compose letters, but this is [redacted]. Sincerely,[redacted]

I have not received a response.  I spoke with someone at dominion in December.  They reviewed the issue confirmed I made the deductible with the des and said he had to request a new process number.  He was going to call me back the next day and provide a letter to the status of the issue.  None of this has been done.  The only way I got a call from them was because advised Kaiser that provides this dental insurance with their health insurance contacted them based on my issue.  I wanted to switch since wanted nothing to do with dominion.  He called about 12/20th, which Kaiser told me it would be a Ms. Edwards, but was not.  He said the dr was with them and confirmed the deductible was paid and may get processed next Tuesday.  However, nothing was ever sent to me and have no idea the status.  I can't use their web page since does not allow me to sign in, there is a constant loop, signing in and then back to sign in screen.  When I call no one can explain my account and have not received a manager call back.

All I ask is for the bill to mailed out after its printed not 2 weeks later. Once the bill is generated it should be mailed with 24 hours.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]That is not even how the conversation went at all. I requested something in writing to show to my bank. Which I have not received. The response is total fantasy and not the conversation we had at all. In addition, the person who contacted me knew absolutely NOTHING about my account. I would like to provide additional information regarding Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, as it appears that she remains dissatisfied. According to Ms. [redacted]’s initial complaint, she expressed concerns with a lack of follow-up to her request to terminate her dental plan benefits and requested a call back from a Supervisor. As a result of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, I reached out her directly on 7/07/2016. I confirmed that her policy was terminated effective 7/01/2016 and I apologized for her dissatisfaction. At that time it was determined that no refund of premium was due as the last payment received was on 5/23/2016 for May and June premium dues. While there was no record of a request to terminate coverage prior to July, as a gesture of goodwill and in the interest of resolving this complaint expeditiously, Dominion issued a refund to the member in August totaling $104.42. This refund amount reflects total premiums payments received from the member in 2016. While we are unable to  take back Ms. [redacted]’s poor experience from earlier this year, we have made every effort to make it right with the consumer. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Best,Carey Carey W[redacted]Manager of Grievances and AppealsDominion National
