I do not understand how any reputable company would use these bozos for payment processing. My company needed some vendor information in order to pay an invoice - normal stuff that a company that serves enterprise organizations should know about -- if they had an accounts receivable department - which, duh, they should because they receive payments for products. Despite numerous emails and customer support tickets they refused to provide any contact information except a URL to an online invoice and a generic email address. Where are the HUMANS people? This company is a joke.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE
I have contacted this company numerous times after paying for their product which I cannot register or use. I put in my license code and it takes me to a page where they want me to spend more money. I will not nor do I reccommend this company . VERYPOOR CUSTOMRE SERVICE AND I SPENT MONEY ON A PRODUCT THAT I CANNOT REGISTER THEREFORE I CANNOT USE IT. SHERRI ELEY

FastSpring found some issue, but would not explain. No service provided.
We went to the trouble of watching all the FastSpring videos on how to set up the eCommerce storefront. Spent a lot of time putting in the products with descriptions, pricing, icons and so on. Eventually got the code snippet to work in our web site to show the storefront (you can also show the cart and purchase page as a pop-up). Test mode worked well. Then it came the time to switch over to live. Apparently the folks at FS control that aspect (not like PayPal). So when they decided to look at the web page, they said, "No can do. Our risk team considers it a problem due to a licensing issue. Good luck in your future endeavours." When asked what the issue is, the young inexperienced Americans who run the show decided it is easier to keep quiet in the hope that we will disappear Huh? Why? I am the one who made the software and we are not giving licensing rights to FS to sell it. They are suppose to cater for people selling software. All we want is a payment processing service from them that is clean and simple for the buyer. And if there is a licensing issue with the credit card service providers, then how is this related to us? Seriously, what is the problem?

FS is run by a bunch of rich young brats in silicon valley with poor customer service where even the slightest problem is enough for them to run away and hide. They only want easy money to be made from merchants that they deem is risk-free, whatever that means.

Or is FS working with Apple nearby and can choose which merchants can sell software on the Mac platform -- that is software that is on the Mac App Store?

Other than that, FS will rake in a lot in terms of the percentage per transaction for the privilege of processing payments for you (and handle your tax) at up to 8.9%, compared to the 2 or three percent at PayPal. The only problem with PayPal is that getting a simplified payment procedure without forcing buyers to join up requires a continuous monthly payment to PayPal for the privilege.

At least FS has the right idea. However, it is a pity their customer service is atrocious.

REFUND
This company started loading up my VISA card with charges not authorized.
I too, found it impossible to contact these people and simply turned the problem over to my banks VISA representative. I had a complete refund to my VISA account within 2 days.

Fast Spring Rip off
I am hopeful that customers will not fall for this fraudulent company. Their telephone number states that it has not been established yet. Also the email address states do not reply, However, they have it set up tp charge you monthly for PC tune Up which is absolutely bogus. Let the buyer beware

I tried to order LUMINAR 4 and wanted to use PAYPAL.I got a message from PAYPAL to complete the order by going back to Fastspring but it doesn't seem to work

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: - info provided, no I dont have the products anymore form nectnetup, all transactions are blocked on fastsprings, on the malitious instructions of netup to fastspring, and fast springs dod perform the action, I was double billed and my non netup transactions of other vendors using fastsprings was affectedfast springs should not have blocked non netup transactionsI have the message and proof from netup that the did this i.e instructing fastspringFastspring most be more professional / ethical Regards, S [redacted]

Unfortunately because the maker of the software was unresponsive in helping resolve the issue in a reasonable time, we had no choice but to refund Please contact the maker of the software and should they seem to be willing to make sure you don't have a problem in the future, you have the option to purchase again However, because the refund is complete, we have no further capabilities to help
