[redacted] the technician was wonderful Very customer service oriented and a positive personality He listened to the issues we were having with three of our appliances and took the initiative and extra step to correct all the issues properly prior to leaving our home I did not care for the main office customer service as it took over a month to receive our accessories that we needed for the dishwasher and oven, we had to call the office to get updates, no one ever called usFollow up is not one of this company's strengths

The expected result from the work performed was satisfactory However,they took advantage by convincing me my machine would cost more to repair than other machines by at least $ After some minor investigation, it was determined that the parts used were common to almost every washing machine soldI was charged $ to install a $lid cover switch that took minutes of laborFurther, The manufacturer's video on this repair should simple how to stepsThe fee should have been no more than $for this type of repair

8/13/- Very dis-satisfied with this service from this companyTechnician determined the problem with my G.Erefrigerator to be the main electronic boardAfter having the board replaced, paying $694.51, and waiting hours for the refrigerator "to cool down" it still did not workI stopped payment on the checks given to the company for the repair and settled the dispute by paying $for the "service call" plus $for the "replacement part"I then went out and bought a new refrigerator ! Education is expensive and one usually doesn't get a second chance to make a good first impression

Took more than a week to get my Washer repaired Monday ordered the part, Thursday had the part, was supposed to install the new part on Friday after 2pm Waited until 8pm that night, no one showed up, no one called When calling them, they stated they were a "little behind" but would be there Monday morning called and was told they were closed due to holiday (Columbus day) Luckily when the guy showed up at 4:30pm, someone was at home and was able to let him in, repair the part and pay the difference Again, no one called to let me know they were coming that day

I had called on a sunday, woman answered, sounded like she was in a car with a bunch of kids!! said she could give me a appointment tomorrow which was monday, but couldn't give me a time, so I called Monday morning at 10:00am...to get a time, she still couldn't give me a time frame, all she said was someone would call when they were in route to my houseI explained to her that I needed to go out..so then she blurts out somebody will be there between 12:and 4:so I sit here and I wait and I wait and I wait, then my phone rings at 3:and it's the lady telling me that they need to reschedule, they are not going to make it to me today after I sat around all dayI believe they knew they were not going to make it to me ..when I called Sunday she gave me a appointment for the next dayjust to keep me as a potential Customer If she had told me next appointment isn't till Tuesday I would have keep looking ..so now I'm annoyed ,so she says someone will be there tomorrow, I said what time? Between 8-10am, now its tuesday and the guy calls at 10:00am, and says he will be here in minutes.to diagnosis refrigerator, which is $85.....I already did my research so I know what's wrong with ithe comes up with same thing...starts off at $for a repair on a yr old refrig,..I said are you nuts? now he says I can give you a 10% discount -$52.80, I said it's still to much, he knocks off another $25, they jack up price, then make you feel like there giving you all these discountsnow as he's standing here I call another service place to get price of the part, it was $102..now repair guy drops his price again by $ now we started at $-$-$25.-$46.25...now we are down to $with a $service charge....now he goes to the parts place to get the part..calls me and says part is $200, and his price is now $plus tax, so now we are almost back to the $I happend to be calling the parts place that they use, because after he left I saw it on the business card he had given me, however the guy in the store didn't want to give me a price for the part..as he had me on hold , the repair man was calling me from the parts place, so I believe they were in kahootz!!...then repair man got very agitated saying, " I have plenty of work you either do the repair or you dont"..I chose NOT to do repair with this company they seem very shady!! Got other estimates and they were both close in price$& $for diagnos, parts, labor and tax!!..I did my homework this time and I'm going with the one who has better reviews!! I wasted $
