Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Multiple times the radio show host advertised you would receive a year free of the Fantasy Alarm service if you signed up at one of their daily sitesNever once did they say you had to sign up for every single daily site in order to receive the whole year for freeThe promotion mislead their listenersThe reason I didn't notice the charges on my credit card statement is because I have auto pay set up on all of my bills so unless it's a significant difference than what I'm anticipating I don't review every charge each month to make sure I'm not being over charged or charged for a product I didn't agree toOn this particular month our card had been tampered with so I was reviewing all charges and realized I had been paying for Fantasy Alarm, a product I was promised would be free for a yearI tried calling the number that was listed on my credit card statement but their phone number was disconnected, so I had to do further research before I was able to unsubscribe from the product onlineI'm very disappointed with their customer service and the way I was treated during this processI explained to the owner/founder of Fantasy Alarm how misleading their promotion was and how the radio show host continued to repeat if you signed up for their daily site you would receive a full year, and all he did was argue with me and blamed meHe never offered a single solution to the problem and only continued to blame me before completely started ignoring my emails.] Regards, [redacted] ***

We communicated with this customer dozens of times within minutes of her support ticket. Our commercial is very clear stating what you get from signing up with our partner sites. It is also very clear on our sign up page https://www.fantasyalarm.com/dpp_pricing.phpWhen she signed up she agreed to the monthly payment and entered her credit card for payment after her promo was over.   During sign up she checked the box that said get two months free. She received her two months free then canceled 7 months after signing up and demanded her money back.  We did not think she was being honest and denied her request. Her story has changed several times.  We give refunds all the time and customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We have thousands of customers that have signed up for service and she was the first to not understand.  Our promotion on the radio and on the website clearly state Get Up to a year free for signing up at daily sites.  When you go to www.fantasyalarm.com/winning and sign up it clearly...

states how many months free you are receiving for signing up at each daily site when you sign up.  When signing up to get a year free you must sign up for all of our daily partners.  She received her free months for signing up at one daily site, then was charged 19.99 a month after her promo period.  She paid for five months of DFS Playbook Pro service at 19.99 a month after her promo was over and could have canceled at any time.  The customer said she does not look at her bank statements and that is why she did not noticed being charged.  We canceled her account as soon as she reached out to us and we did not think it was fair to give her a refund just because she said to, evan though we upheld our end of the deal.

[Multiple times the radio show host advertised you would receive a year free of the Fantasy Alarm service if you signed up at one of their daily sites. Never once did they say you had to sign up for every single daily site in order to receive the whole year for free. The promotion mislead their listeners. The reason I didn't notice the charges on my credit card statement is because I have auto pay set up on all of my bills so unless it's a significant difference than what I'm anticipating I don't review every charge each month to make sure I'm not being over charged or charged for a product I didn't agree to. On this particular month our card had been tampered with so I was reviewing all charges and realized I had been paying for Fantasy Alarm, a product I was promised would be free for a year. I tried calling the number that was listed on my credit card statement but their phone number was disconnected, so I had to do further research before I was able to unsubscribe from the product online. I'm very disappointed with their customer service and the way I was treated during this process. I explained to the owner/founder of Fantasy Alarm how misleading their promotion was and how the radio show host continued to repeat if you signed up for their daily site you would receive a full year, and all he did was argue with me and blamed me. He never offered a single solution to the problem and only continued to blame me before completely started ignoring my emails.]
