Client called on/about July 6, and asked for a quote for a 20xtent, side walls & water barrels (instead of stakes) to be installed in Waldorf, MD, Client was given an all inclusive lump sum price of $690,00+ taxShe then informed us the location was in Accokeek, MD, almost a half hour further away from our warehouseNormally that would have been an additional $delivery chargeWe were kind enough to not raise the quoted price since she was on a tight budgetAt that time we reserved the tent and accessories requested, sent the contract and invoice to client, which she signed and returned on July 10thOn September 3rd client requested to change the 20xfor a 20xwith additional tent sides & water barrels for an additional $+ taxTent was installed on September 16th, over two months laterDuring those two months we turned away business for said tent and accessoriesClient would have been very upset had we told her on the day of her rental period, Sorry, someone else wanted your tent and sides for their party and we gave it to themNo, that did not happenWe reserved and installed said tentHer on site contact (her Father) that meet our crew informed our crew that she did not want the walls installed on two sidesOur crew finished installing the tent and left the siteIt was her decision to not put up some of the tent sidesAttached find copy of out contract which she signed and note in particular paragraph MAny changes made hours or less of event will still require payment in fullHowever, we gave a $credit for said sides not installedSaid refund was more than fairClient did not contract with a unit price contract where she could pick and choose on site what she wanted to pay or not payWe are sorry she feels this way but cannot refund any additional funds

This company purchased equipment from us at a trade showThe order was custom made to their specificationsThe owner "Brooks" called to cancel the order because he did not check with his insurance company beforehand and they would not insure the equipment, this is beyond our control and we offered to exchange the equipment for equal or greater valueAt first someone from his company responded stating that would be fineThen "Brooks - Owner" called to tell us he was outright cancelling and would not accept a equipment exchange and would be disputing his American Express charge leaving us out of pocket for the expenses of manufacturing his custom equipmentI would advise anyone doing business with this company to use extreme caution

Waldorf, MD, Client was given an all inclusive lump sum price of $690,00+ tax. She then informed us the location was in Accokeek, MD, almost a half hour further away from our warehouse. Normally that would have been an additional $75.00 delivery charge. We were kind enough to not raise the quoted price since she was on a tight budget. At that time we reserved the tent and accessories requested, sent the contract and invoice to client, which she signed and returned on July 10th. On September 3rd client requested to change the 20x20 for a 20x30 with additional tent sides & water barrels for an additional $95.00 + tax. Tent was installed on September 16th, over two months later. During those two months we turned away business for said tent and accessories. Client would have been very upset had we told her on the day of her rental period, Sorry, someone else wanted your tent and sides for their party and we gave it to them. No, that did not happen. We reserved and installed said tent. Her on site contact (her Father) that meet our crew informed our crew that she did not want the walls installed on two sides. Our crew finished installing the tent and left the site. It was her decision to not put up some of the tent sides. Attached find copy of out contract which she signed and note in particular paragraph M3. Any changes made 24 hours or less of event will still require payment in full. However, we gave a $42.40 credit for said sides not installed. Said refund was more than fair. Client did not contract with a unit price contract where she could pick and choose on site what she wanted to pay or not pay. We are sorry she feels this way but cannot refund any additional funds.
