9/28/ In response to [redacted] ’s complaint about the electrical issue that caused the service event on 8/29/The vehicle was in for routine service on 8/that was comprised of State and Emissions Inspection, oil change, and brake pad replacementAt no point was there any indication of any other issue with the vehicleThe vehicle went through the Emission and State Inspection process without a problemThe vehicle is a Saturn with just over 100K milesAs I stated to [redacted] – if there was or going to be a problem with his vehicle it would have been realized at the time of the service not a day or two laterBryner Chevrolet has been in the business of servicing customers for more than yearsWe certainly recognize that customers are why we exist in today’s business worldEven when an issue is not necessarily our fault it still is our problemWhat I can offer to help resolve this issue is a credit of $on [redacted] ’s Preferred Owner AccountThis balance can be used for any future service needed his vehicleI hope this helps resolve this issueI will look forward to a reply Ed B [redacted] Service Director Bryner Chevrolet

I contacted Ms [redacted] yesterday morning 1-8-I was going to have her bring the vehicle back the afternoon of 1/8/and I would loan her a vehicle for the inconvenienceWe found this morning the code set was for a barometric sensor issueThe technician found a loose connector at that sensorWhen he drag checked the terminals the terminals seemed to show wearI instructed the tech to replace the connectorI will take care of the charge for the diagparts, labor and rental for the owners inconvenienceThe vehicle will be ready for her pick up this afternoon 1/9/

I have reviewed the case history and contacted the owner directlyWe were able to work out a split of the needed repairs neededThe replacement to the water outlet for the coolant leak will be taken care of by Bryner ChevroletThe remaining replacement of the Brake Pedal Position Sensor will be
the owners responsibilityThe owner was happy with that resolution.Ed B***

I am rejecting this response because:
It is laughable that Ed B*** says that offering me additional service is the best that he and Bryner Chevrolet can doThis is an egregious and disgusting company and on top of all of this, he couldn't even spell my name correctlyGM, Ed and anyone else associated with this shady dealership should be ashamed of themselvesWith someone like Ed being at the top in this type of situation, I see why the service and subsequent "nothing" response is standardI will gladly NEVER buy, lease or even consider anything GM and will encourage everyone I know to do the samePlease point out to Ed B*** how I was considerate enough to spell all words and names correctlyHopefully, he can at least address that issue.
