Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 18, 2017/03/01) */ I received the first letter from Revdex.com on February 28, The name on the letter was addressed to a physician that retired several years ago, so that may be the reason we did not receive the previous lettersIn response to [redacted] 's complaint - [redacted] contacted the office on August 30, regarding a bill she received for [redacted] It was explained to her at that time that she was receiving this bill because it went to her deductible [redacted] previously had different insurance that covered these office visits at 100%, however, she had new insurance now that did notThis was explained to her when she calledShe did want to receive a discount for this serviceWe offer [redacted] discount to our patients that do not have any insurance [redacted] has insurance so she would not be entitled to the discount, which this was also explained to herWe are happy to set up payment arrangements with our patientsWe require that any patient on payment arrangements must pay every daysOn August 30, [redacted] stated to [redacted] that she would be mailing a check for half of the balance and then pay the other half in a monthThis was noted on her account [redacted] sent a check in September for [redacted] and a check in October for [redacted] did not make any payments in November so she did receive a pre-collection letter that states please pay within days [redacted] made a final payment at the end of DecemberWe take customer service very seriously and all staff are trained on how to communicate with our patientsI have never received any complaints on how [redacted] communicates with the patientsI was out of the office for several weeks due to medical leaveUpon my return [redacted] assured me she had explained everything to [redacted] and everything was taken care ofI believe we were very accommodating with [redacted] on paying this billThe date of service was April and this service was not paid in full until the end of Decemver Sincerely, [redacted] CMPE Administrator Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 20, 2017/03/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was told by several that [redacted] was in the officeI also have the way in which temple expressed herself to me recorded and would be willing to share that she used words like vendetta toward meI am sorry they do not seem to value customers, this response is still one-sided from someone, [redacted] whom NEVER followed up with me nor did anyone else in that office ( [redacted] , [redacted] No one has called me back since December or anytime in betweenI know they too must record their phones calls for "customer service" protocolsI again will gladly share the recorded conversation where I was basically dismissed by [redacted] and where she used inappropriate words toward me and my questionsOr they can listen to their customer services recordings to hear her speaking to me Either way, they took four months to get me a bill and then demanded I paid it overnight, AFTER they told me that me services were covered!
