Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Once again I'm writing this letter out of once again disappointment from Cornerstone LegalIn the month of June I filed a complaint against this firm in which I did get an immediate response, and a written agreement from the representing attorney, Mr [redacted] was emailed to me for a total refund of the monies I had paid this firm during the time I was supposedly being represented by them to handle my debt problem (to no avail)As of this day Aug 25, I have not received this refundMr [redacted] have been in contact by email and I've responded to them in which he continuously lead me to believe the refund is still pending but its been almost days are since the agreementYet another disappointment from this group and that monies is much needed after the damage this group caused my creditOnce again thank you Mrs [redacted] *

We have reached out to the client and resolved all of her issues She has also remained a client of our firmWe believe her complaint is resolved

Would like to take this time to make it known that I have been contacted by Cornerstone Legal about the dispute & it has @ this time been satisfactorily resolved in a timely, professional, & cordial mannerWe were able to come to an agreement on what was considered a fair settlement
We were released from contract & @ this time I have no further derogatory comments against the companyPerhaps, Ihad not my Account Manager went on Maternity Leave, & our case placed with different agent, results may have been rendered & would not be as they are nowThanks to all for the efficiency in handling this very personal business matter in a way that allows me to move forward with much less regret

We do not believe that we misled the client at any point We laid out how the program works and had her sign a comprehensive retainer agreement that detailed how the program works with a representative However, as we agree that she did not receive any benefit from her short time
in the program, we will issue her a full refund We did attempt to reach her but were unsuccessful as her voicemail was full We feel that Ms*** was fully aware of the workings of the program, and we also feel that Cornerstone upheld its end of the agreement. Ms*** signed up after a meeting with a representative and after having her program reviewed by an attorney working for the firm in NCarolina.That being said, Ms*** was only in the program a short time and we agree that she did not receive the full benefit of the program. Therefore, we are going to refund the full amount she paid in.Thank you,*** ***

Once again I'm writing this letter out of once again disappointment from Cornerstone Legal.
