Hello Mrs [redacted] , This is DrC***, the owner of Family First Dental I'm glad you and I had a chance to speak by phone on November 21st I'm disappointed that it took us so long to issue you the refund check for $ While it's true that sometimes things can get lost in the shuffle, this matter in particular, was not, and absolutely should have been resolved sooner than it was That was a mistake on our part I apologize for the delay, the inconvenience, and the hassle it caused youAfter talking to you that day, I expedited the check and I believe it hit the mail the following day By now, I'm sure you've received it I appreciate you bringing this to our intention Sincerely, DrC***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although I did finally receive my refund on 11/28/it should have not escalated to this point where I had to write a complaint to the Revdex.com in order for it to be resolvedThe receptionist Monica was rude and smug and not helpful at all when I called a couple of times for the status of the refundRegardless, it should not take months to get a refund for over payment on a procedure when you have good dental insurance coverageI will not be returning to this dental office and I will tell others of my bad experienceSincerely, [redacted]

lost in the shuffle, this matter in particular, was not, and absolutely should have been resolved sooner than it was.  That was a mistake on our part.  I apologize for the delay, the inconvenience, and the hassle it caused you. After talking to you that day, I expedited the check and I believe it hit the mail the following day.  By now, I'm sure you've received it.
