F.A Contracting

Review: my mother, ** years old, lives with me. she has limited mobility, so I needed some construction work to be made such as shower with seat, doors made wider and door sills flattened, to make entrances and exits manageable for her.work was started 7/** and to this day not completed. Work was not done according to code, sloppy, and in some cases dangerous.contractor left debris in my yard,including, a new shower door,new tile and new bathroom door. (I have taken photos). I have called contractor many times. Contractor promised to.return for completion. he has not returned. Now he does not even return my calls. contractor was paid in full. He also made me pay extra for material. He also cried to me that his mother needed an operation so I lent him money .I now feel that the contractor is a con man and I was ripped off. He took advantage of two senior citizens who tried to help him. I also wish to state that a bath room was made too short.It is 5:10" floor to ceiling. the new shower door is in another room. because it will not fit the shower.Desired Settlement: I want to hire another contractor to repair and complete the work started. I want the contractor ,[redacted], to pay for any and all work.
