Nissian service department put on a pully and power steering pump on my SUV. I have invoice which was done on 1/26/2012. 8/15/2013 I was driving to work and the pully fall apart. I took it to [redacted] garage to be fix on 8/15/2013. He told me that the pully was cracked and was pull off with wrong tool which cause this issue.. I call Nissian and talk to [redacted] in the parts department . She was very rude and told me if I think they didn't fix my auto right not to bring it back for the free oil changes. I told her I was and she told me she could stop me from getting oil changes. She said the work on 1/26/2012 was gurantee 12 months are 12,000 miles.. I haven 't drove 12,000 since this was fixed at Nissian. I talk with the manager and he was standing there when she was being rude. He told me she might have been having a bad day but that isn't a excuse.
