We have been in touch with Homeowner and are addressing her concerns. The septic system was installed based on our contract and approved by Health Department

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response
because:
The “minor adjustment” has NOT corrected the problem. There are no leaking toilets and yet water still continued to flow into the “D” box. The Health Inspector and F&D Falls agreed on what the problem was and the steps to correct itCorrection has not been done as today
Planting of “pachysandra ground cover” was recommended for a steep slope that, at present, cannot be cut with a lawn mower. Planting may help with surface water, but was not suggested that it would stop the excess water flowing towards the foundation. F&D Falls stated that regarding of the swell area around the septic mound should alleviate the majority of the surface waterAlso, a regarding of the area near the new pump chamber would alleviate the water flowing and pooling around the chamber. Re-grading has not been done as of today

F&D came in to do a septic tank replacement and we found upon excavation that far more extensive work was required. At what was likely a big expense to F&D, they stuck with us through the process and completed a full replacement for a price that would have been quite fair if things had been planned as such from the start - and very fair considering the extra time required to obtain the required approvals and inspections.
Additionally, F&D took great care in significantly improving our back yard in the process. Dealing with very small margins for error, F&D were able to install the system to code, creating a smooth, very gentle pitch from the house through the leeching fields - making the very best out of an unfortunate surprise.
I would recommend very strongly!

We needed a new septic system since ours was 39 years old and failed tests when trying to sell the house. In addition, we border wetlands and have a high water table. The company worked with an engineer and the city to come up with the most reasonable plan to satisfy the city and state regulations, and to organize the permits and inspections to keep the work moving along. We were able to close on time thanks to the extra effort they put in. I highly recommend them. In fact, I already did to my neighbor.
