I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12794792, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I was told to write in if my issue was resolvedWell today I received a call from one of the owners of the Lull company, who
informed me that I was robbing the company, taking advantage, and morally was doing something wrong, after insulting me for minutes, he told me they would now include a clause named the s*** clause that warns buyers they can not “take advantage” like I didHe also told me he couldn’t promise that his other counter parts wouldn’t make an example of meHe also informed me that the Revdex.com would not side with me, that after hearing what he had to say you would dismiss this and not pay it any mindI am the first issue like this, and so he took it very harshly, also stating he knew I filed a complaintAfter that, he told me he would be refunding my moneyI feel more uncomfortable and worse about this situation than I did before, I’m unsure how to handle the actual insults that were said to me, but according to him he is refunding me my money so even though this situation feels wrong, it seems as though it has been “resolved”I’m unsure how to handle the threats of having my name posted on the site with a clause called the “s*mariea” clause, which is actually my social media handles which seems very frightening as if they are allowed to do that, people can search for me
