I am very sorry to hear that you were called and you are on the do not call listEvery thirty days we update our call list with the national do not call list and we never call the numbers found on the national do not call registryOccasionally one slips through the cracks as was probably the case with your numberI have just checked and your number is in our do not call list so you will not be receiving any more phone callsThank you, ***

I contracted with Everlast Home Energy Solutions to apply texture coat to the exterior of my homeThe first thing I noticed was the lack of job site supervisionThe workers were confused about what they were supposed to doThe job required that they remove rock that was on the lower half of my houseThey had no clue? I had to make several phones to get that straightThe project foreman was never on site during the whole project I fortunately took days off work to keep and eye on the project otherwise it would have been a disasterWell actually it was a disasterI had fascia boards that had dry rot and they were to remove the dry rot and use epoxy to fill in were the dry rot was removedThey used window and door chalk insteadwhat a mess that wasThey attempted to cover up some issues with some dry rot on the trim boards on my wood siding by piling dirt against itWhen it came to the painting the texture coat on they were not very thorough and did not check their workI was constantly walking around showing them all the touch up that needed to be doneAlso the job was suppose to take a week it took almost weeks to completeIt also required call backs to fix their messes I would definitely not recommend them unless you want the constant job of holding their feet to the fire to get it done

We at Everlast Home Energy Solutions, do abide by the National Do Not Call Center's rules and regulationsOccasionally a phone number does slip through our extensive process of comparing Do Not Call numbers with our existing phone databaseWe remove numbers that are on the Do Not Call list from our database once every days as required by lawIn this particular instance, I have double checked and the two phone numbers listed on this complaint are now removed from our database and will be flagged so we will not call them in the future Everlast Home Energy Solutions provides quality products and our installations are always flawless We strive to continue this trend and we are always making sure that we follow the Do Not Call list procedures Thank you, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

Theyade it extremely difficult to fulfill this promise and did not even try to make amends to keep a customer satisfiedI will not recommend this company to any friends or family Regards, [redacted]

Dear Ms [redacted] , It was a pleasure speaking to you on the phone today, and am happy to put a summary of our conversation in writingAfter speaking to you, we have come to an understanding that Everlast Home Energy Solutions was vague and unclear in this instance of how costs of the project were derivedIn actuality the Salesperson came derived a price of $28,which Ms [redacted] feels is high, and gave Ms [redacted] $5,incentive discounts to bring the total down to $22,We then proceeded to incorrectly issue a check to Ms [redacted] for $5,which meant we had incorrectly given a large discount twiceEverlast Home Energy Solutions and Ms [redacted] both agree that Everlast Home Energy Solutions could have been more clear and made the whole process much easier to understand for Ms [redacted] and for that we are going the extra mile for Ms [redacted] by having crews come out extra times to make sure her house is 100% to her likingThis includes fixing a couple sprinklers, replacing gutters and checking roof tilesMs [redacted] has said we did a great job with the [redacted] on the house and for that she commended usAgain we would like to apologize to Ms [redacted] for any trouble but we know she will be 100% satisfied after our final crew comes out this weekendThank you, [redacted] Customer Service

Dear Revdex.com,After a number of attempts to get a response from Everlast, a friend who works for Social Services said she would advocate for us. She was able to get through and they made offers:1. Replace the defective coil and add new refrigerant at no cost to us
Install a new unit at a cost of $3,000Since we do not want to have any dealings with this company in the future, we have accepted the first offer. However, except for weeks in July, we have had a non-functioning air conditioner for at least months, and until our friend began advocating on our behalf, we've had nothing but difficulty in getting any kind of response from Everlast. So, we would also like to have a refund of the $we paid for the refrigerant in June. We feel this is a reasonable request since the service person added the refrigerant without checking thoroughly and detecting the leak in the coil.Sincerely,*** ***

This company continues to call and harass me dailyI would like for their sales department to STOP calling, it's that simpleI have spoken to them several times and yet they continue callingPlease reach out to them and have them stop

The business only addressed my concerns with being placed on a Do Not Call List, and not the fact that I was called from an unlisted (or blocked) number- I had no way of knowing who was calling me, which is NOT standard procedure for telemarketers, regardless of their level of training.
