Again, we are not responsible for this. We did not have "total disregard and unprofessional behavior" when we both took measures to avoid it and made an effort to fix which at the time was tested by the resident as fixed.We have nothing further to add to this dispute as Time Warner should have had greater sense of urgency to bury the line at a more timely matter. "Corrective and disciplinary action" would not ensure this does not happen again -- not having unburied lines would ensure this does not happen again*** ** ***

I received complaint *** late last week addressed to *** ***; I will bring this to his attention but I wanted to contact you since the response had a
deadline. I was aware that the line was repaired same-day. The crews had avoided the exposed line, but it was sucked in by the mower despite not making a direct pass over this area. I helped the crew communicate with the owner and address it immediately *** will have to clarify if it was ever brought to our attention that the repair did not work or if he was communicating with the property managers or tenant regarding the issue after their initial attempt to resolve.Please allow a day or two for *** to review the statement and respond as he has not been able to attend to any matters in the office since I received this

It is clear that Pro Enterprises refuses to take responsibility and resolve the matter. Instead, Pro Enterprises owner, [redacted] continues to persist in this pointless back and forth bickering and blaming a third party for the actions taken by Pro Enterprises.
Given that Pro Enterprises and its owner, [redacted], refuse to accept responsibility and accountability for the damage done to my property, I am requesting that the Revdex.com get directly involved to take the necessary disciplinary and corrective actions to address the unprofessional behaviors chosen to be demonstrated in the workplace by Pro Enterprises.
