My problem is they keep on contact person it is not relate with my family . And advised them during 4 years this person should be don't be in the primary contact or in the record and they continue mention her last name .

I had some radiology tests done. My secondary insurance was filed because at that time I didn't know I had another insurance that was active with my employer. The secondary insurance *** paid ESSE HEALTH and ***. When *** found out that they paid as the primary carrier they requested a refund. These facilities then would not refile the correct insurance which was ***. They made me file. *** requested more information and these imaging companies would not send *** the requested information. I received a letter from *** asking me to get the info. Esse Health's secretary would not give me all the info *** requested and when I asked to speak to the insurance department she told me I couldn't and when I asked to speak to her manager she said the manager was busy. I asked if the manager could call me and when she thought she would call and the lady said later. I never got a phone call from the manager. *** denied the claim because they thought that it was not filed in a timely manner. I called *** and explain that *** had paid and then took their money back. *** needed ESSE and Excel to send them that proof that *** took the money back. The secretary would not send it so I had to get the info myself from *** and send to ***. *** then denied again because neither the doctors office or the imaging facility preauthed the xrays and steroid injections and *** called it investigational. *** did not pay either. I have spoken with *** again and while I was on the phone, *** contacted ESSE and requested that they refile because it wasn't my fault that it wasn't preauthed. *** believes there might be an error in the codes used to bill as well. 3 weeks later and Esse/Excel did not refile with ***. I spoke with the secretary AGAIN and she refuses to refile the claim. She says I need to call my insurance company back and tell them to just reprocess the claim. I am out over $2000.00, I had double coverage, and I am down to owing $175. They are wanting balance in full or they will turn me over. I don't see on any statement where they even wrote anything off if they billed over the allowable amount. I feel that I should get some reasonable assistance and a partial refund. PLEASE HELP.
