Review: In early December 2012, on behalf of my director, I ordered a pdf repair program from eRepairTools.com. After several attempts and e-mails between me, [redacted] or [redacted], to download the product and then use the product, it did not work. I asked for additional help several times but they did not respond to anymore of my e-mail requests for help. Eventually, I e-mailed a couple of requests for a refund ~ no response again. I'm afraid about having given them the credit card number.Desired Settlement: Refund of purchase price with a cashiers check to the owner of the license.
