I highly recommend Equity Acquisition Services. They handled the transfer of our timeshare in a very professional way. Victor kept us informed and was always available to answer my many questions. The process took much longer than usual, but that was because of Covid. I had tried before, with another company, but all they did was take my money, and we never heard from them again! Thank you Victor, Neil, and Berenice for working with us!

I would have given a 5 star but I had a little trouble in the beginning. But when Victor *** took over the quality and professionalism was top shelf. I'd recommend them to anyone needing their services.

These days with all the scams out there, it is refreshing to actually deal with an honest company that delivers what they promise. After having been taken for a soaking trying to unload a timeshare in the past, I was quite leary of embarking down that path again. What I found was transparency and truthfulness. As everyone has experienced, there were COVID delays, but I was able to transfer 2 separate timeshares in the end. All my questions were answered and Victor especially kept me up to date personally with phone calls. I was happy with no up front fees and an exchange of equity to help purchase an additional unit where we always stay in Cayman.
This is the real deal and I highly recommend their services.

Everyone at Timesharenation were great to deal with. Especially Victor. I got my free timeshare and when the timeshare company invoiced me for maintenance fees Victor had me send the invoice to him. It took a few months due to Covid but it usually takes at least 2 months even in the best of times. I would certainly not hesitate to go with Timesharenation again. Or Equity Acquisitions.

We bought a time share at Simpson Bay in St. Marten in 2015. The maintenance fees went up a bit every year as was expected, but we went to other destinations regularly and haven't returned to St. Marten. We were offered an opportunity to trade it in during a stay in Grand Cayman last fall. The sales representative at Morritt's Tortuga Club in Grand Cayman recommended EAS (Equity Acquisitions Service) as the company to handle the trade. We had no previous experience with EAS nor any experience trading a timeshare unit. I had my reservations about doing this, but Neil P. and all of the associates at EAS made it painless. I actually spoke with Neil by phone for about an hour one day last February. He was very knowledgeable about this type of timeshare trade and explained everything I could expect during this process. His associate, Victor P. sent us all of the forms that were needed and explained what was needed for completion on them.

I need to add that this process started early in 2020 and then COVID-19 struck. Even though EAS had to work on a modified schedule and provide for social distancing for the safety of their employees, the efforts to complete my sale/trade carried on to completion even though because of COVID-19 it all took a bit longer than originally expected. I received notification today that all is complete with this transaction. I say BRAVO and THANK YOU to EAS and their associates for making this an easy and effective sale during a most difficult time. We would recommend EAS to handle this service to anyone needing it.

Excellent prompt service. We were not only successful unloading an unwanted timeshare without penalty, EAS made it easy to do so. We worked with Neil, Berenice, and Victor. Equity Acquisition Services (EAS) is a very top notch firm. If you are looking to get out of your timeshare and maintenance fees, this is the organization to work with. I have tried others and the cost was high and they never produced. EAS was able to assist me in getting out of two timeshares and maintenance fees at a very reasonable cost and they followed through on their promises. Neil and Berenice are very honest, upfront and professional individuals. It may take some time (months), but the end result is what we were looking for. It happened. They kept us informed and worked with us to make the process simple. I highly recommend anyone trying to get out of their maintenance fees, contact EAS. They are the best. Selling a timeshare is a major frustration and there are so many businesses out there that don't do what they promise. I can tell you that Equity Acquisition Services was the only service to follow through with their promises. The process took awhile and there were complications along the way, but Berenice and Neil were there for me 100%. I had my doubts and many fears, but Neil always returned my calls and followed through with all the detail. There was a major financial concern and he was right on it.

Selling timeshares is not an easy task, but working with Equity Acquisition Services did get the job done!!!!

We had a great experience with Berenice from Equity Acquisition Services. She was easy to reach and kept us updated. We traded out of Mexico and into the Cayman Island. The process took awhile but we were reassured by Neil that there were no issues and he was right. They made what could have been very stressful into a pleasurable experience.

This was my first airbnb experience. I was very apprehensive because I didn't know how all of this worked. Benjamin made it extremely easy and answered all my questions quickly. I was traveling with my mother who has mobility issues and Benjamin told us where we could rent wheelchairs and even offered to get us numbers to call.
