ESA just installed a new high efficiency heat pump system replacing a year old unitThe crew, led by Rick G and Ivan G, were very efficient, neat and professionalESA originally estimated a date days from when I first contacted them ( no heat!), but then were able to do it in a few days because of schedule changes Took a little over hours to do the workGood job
I can't say enough about this companyThe culture of friendly customer service runs across everyone we have dealt with over the past years Our AC died just before Labor Day weekend and we managed to get a full estimate on replacing our AC and furnace by Saturday morning Frank stayed in touch with us during the holiday weekend to answer all our questions and they replaced the AC and furnace on ThursdayIt was a big job but the crew went out of their way to try and keep the house clean by putting down material to protect our floors and carpet and just did top-shelf work This was on a very hot day - it hit in our house - and they did an outstanding installation job, taking the time to explain everything and not cutting any corners They even took some scrap lumber to the dump for us that we that we needed to get rid of - who else would have done that? Many of their employees are long-term workers and we continue to use them because they are honest and we trust them
Rick Gwas great to work with He arrived at my house on time, was friendly, and worked hard and accurately to get the job done I was impressed that Environmental Systems Associates completed the job installing the A/C unit in the attic despite the record breaking heat After the job was finished, Rick took time to go over how to use the new system in detail His work ethic reflects well on the company I would definitely recommend and will use ESA for any future Heat/AC repairs
