Area Manager [redacted] has spoken with the customer and discussed both rentals in detail and they have a come to a mutual resolution in which both parties are happy with Thank you,

We are awaiting a response from the customer via email Area Manager [redacted] emailed at the address provided last week He can be reached at [redacted]

The Branch manager [redacted] spoke with the customer yesterday, refund was done and processed

The customer and I did agree to a refund He had already filed a dispute with his bank for a portion of the amount I agreed to refund Our accounting department made the mistake of pursuing the chargeback after I had requested not too, so the customer thought I had lied to him about refunding him when he found out we won the chargeback case I had a second balance that I told him I would refund on top of the credit card dispute amount and when I went to apply the refund his credit card attached to the contract had expired I attempted to call him back that day to get a new expiration date or issue the payment by a different method, but only got his voicemailI left him a message and never heard back I did just speak with his bank with [redacted] on the line on Friday and squared away this refund, so we should be all set Ultimately we issued him a check for the refund and mailed it to his PO Box as requested The refund was for the full amount I had offered him originally -Area Manager [redacted] ***

Per Area Manager [redacted] :"I spoke with this customer last week as we don't typically bill shops for rentals --- the shop paid us recently and we were able to reverse her deposit I confirmed with the business department today the check was printed and mailed I will follow up with this customer tomorrow --- I haven't been in the office today - and let her know that she should see this by early next week and to follow up with her body shop for the delay in payment."

The customer's name has been cleared and he is fully able to rent with no issues

Per [redacted] : "Customer is going to be reimbursed for his glasses He is satisfied with the outcome."

Per Area Manager [redacted] ***: "After speaking with the customer, there was an initial confusion regarding which insurance company was covering the rental, and the out-of-pocket portion Once we had all the proper insurance information, we were able to alleviate all of the out of pocket costs that the customer was concerned about We are still working with this customer, as his car is still in for repairs."

Per Area Manager [redacted] :I have been working with [redacted] regarding this claim and spoke to their business manager about it yesterdayWe were waiting to see if they had an video surveillance to show if damage occurred after the customer dropped off the rentalThe customers involved in this claim admitted to the [redacted] representative that there was a dent on the rear of the tailgate, but they did not feel that it was as large as the pictures that the received of the damage to the tailgateThe damage consisted of a fist size dent to the right if the rear latch on the tailgate and fell within the parameters of chargeable damageThe customer was left messages prior to writing a reportWhen the vehicle was rented a full walk around was done and no damage was marked on the vehicle, and when it was picked up after dropping he vehicle off at the dealership, there was new damage to the rear tailgate, although it was minor, it was still something that needed to be repairedUnfortunately without any proof from the customer who returned the vehicle that it was returned damage free, and having the initial contract signed off that there was no damage when it was initially rented, we have to assume that the damage happened to the vehicle while in the possession of the renterEnterprise prides itself on customer service and while we strive to be as fair as possible in these unfortunate situations by checking all possible angles prior to putting the ownership on the customer, we also need to ensure that the condition of our vehicles is addressed after each rentalWe certainly appreciate the business that the [redacted] 's have done with us and given the length of time that they utilized our vehicle, and the strong partnership we have with [redacted] of Burlington, we will close this claim and deal with this internally

The billing cycle for this program is on a week delay so after the customer returns we send the bill to [redacted] for payment, this bill is only the amount of time the customer was in the car So if you were to return on Thursday the billing would take place through the following weekend This was explained to this customer when the got into the vehicle, while they were in the vehicle and I once again explained it to him after this issue He was only charged for the time that he had the car and he hasn't supplied any information that would lead us to believe otherwise He was charged for what he used and nothing more

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I'm still waiting to hear back from the branch manger [redacted] [redacted] last emailed me on July 18th and said he was waiting for an approval to have a check mailed to me and will get back to me ASAPI have not heard back since Monday July 18th or received a check Regards, [redacted]

Management has reached out to this customer to discuss and we are waiting on a response from him

She has been contacted again on August 12th The refund has been processed as well
