Energized Health

I am 41 years old and have always been in pretty good shape, except for after having my son a few years ago- I just couldn’t find myself again. Energized Health and this community with John and Chelsea finally offered something that worked in my lifestyle and made sense! I have more work to do, but I feel empowered and prepared with the right tools to meet my goals!

I believe God led me to this program. I have tried multiple things through my lifetime, I’m 73 to try to lose the extra weight and get my health issues under control. Some have worked for a little while, but were not sustainable, and the weight would come back on. This protocol is such that it is easy to stay on and gets your mindset to where it becomes a lifestyle, forming good lifetime habits. The science works, like nothing I have seen before. The support is phenomenal. Since being in the program, I have lost weight, gained hydration, have much more energy, and my labs are all in the normal range. I highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with health issues and stubborn body fat that refuses to leave. John and Chelsea are the best!

This intracellular health program is amazing! I joined to support my husband as he has some pretty difficult health challenges and I was allowed to do the program alongside him.

I have always been pretty healthy, but I was amazed at the results that I had. I figured that I could lose about 10 pounds of weight but I actually ended up losing 20 lbs of fat and gained some muscle and water. Other results that I was pleasantly surprised to see, I saw my joint pain pretty much disappear and realized that I had knee pain pretty much constantly but learned to live with it. I have been pain free since the first week of the program, almost 11 months ago! I also was struggling with some pretty serious foot pain (possibly plantar fasciitis) and that is gone as well. My skin is less dry and my hair is fuller. My sinus/allergy issues are pretty much nonexistent and I work outdoors around dust. My energy level is really good too. I always have had a lot of energy, but I seem to have even more now. Last but not least, I am sleeping more soundly. That is a true blessing! Boy, did I luck out when I found John and Chelsea Jubilee's Energized Health program and hit the Health and Wellness lottery! Having just completed the 88 day program, I've lost 32 pounds of fat, and 23.25 inches, and I'm down two jean sizes, while my cellular hydration has increased by 3.3%. This process is sheer genius: it was easy, I was never hungry, and the 88 days just flew by. Plus, I'm off my hypo-thyroid meds, the neuropathy in my right toes is gone, as is the crepey skin on my arms AND I have reliable energy all day long--which is huge--after 40 years of suffering from severe debilitating chronic fatigue.

Over the years I've tried so many diets and at first I thought all this is to good to be true HOWEVER after hearing REAL testimonies of tremendous success my wife and I jumped in. For almost 30 years I could not get under 215 pds but I did this time! For about a year or maybe longer I was looking for something that would make me feel better and lower my high blood pressure. Last fall I was seeing Energized Health advertised and decided to try it. Since May I have been on the protocol and have achieved my goals; feeling better and lowering my blood pressure. An added plus was personal coaching and answered questions.

I couldn't be happier with the program and my wonderful coach. Unfortunately, I am not as happy with the situation I am in as far as doing a full hour of cardio. I own a truck and could not go without the sleep and still be safe on the road, I know I would be in even better shape than I am now. However, the eating 5 meals a day, cutting out the pop and the water intake is and has gone great I know by my 1 year anniversary, more than likely way sooner than that I will be in great shape. When I started, I could only be on the treadmill for 15-20 seconds and had to get off my knees hurt so bad after 3 weeks my granddaughter took off running and without thinking I took off running behind her with 0 knee pain, I haven't been able to do that in 3-4 years. That alone would have been worth it, but Wonderful coach just asked me the other day if I was getting winded like I used to when I did anything strenuous I hadn't even noticed that I haven't been until she brought it up. I'm so thankful for John, Chelsea and coach Kimberly for sharing this great program with me.

Health and nutrition have been a priority for many years. Energized Health is the best program I have found to promote wellness and avoid failing health as I get older. I was amazed at how much I needed to detox. But now I am feeling so much better. My hormones are balanced and I have increased strength and endurance. John Jubilee is fabulous and positive, even when he has broken ribs. He and Chelsea are the real deal. The program is amazing and really works. I have lost nearly 40 lbs, and yet gained healthy water weight and muscle! My wife and I are both healthier and closer as a couple.

I was really struggling with losing any weight and my lower back, hips and knees hurt for years. Nothing I did helped until I joined this program. The program is very easy and I was never hungry. The best thing is that I went out to play golf one day and usually just play nine holes but I felt great after nine so finished 18 and when I got done I realized nothing hurt at all. Energized Health and my coach Justin W. has shown me a new, sustainable approach on losing weight. I have struggled with my weight since I was in 6th grade. I was on a keto diet for almost 1 year struggling to keep going with low carb, high protein, limiting fruits/veggies so my body wouldn’t kick itself out of ketosis. It was not sustainable nor was it easy. I am still on my weight loss journey but I am so satisfied with this program and how eating a low calorie diet, staying hydrated, and shuffling on a trampoline has impacted me for the greater.
