The owner had us pay check for the 2 wedding dresses I ordered. She gave me a time frame and hasn't delivered the items. after doing research on this business. it turns out the owner has had multiple businesses that she has closed down due to her having 14 lawsuits. She sells as much as she can for a year or two and closes the shop then moves. we also found her on the news for committing fraud where consumers were suing her for false advertisement and breach of contract. we also found her other businesses that are closed due to her having to move because she had customers returning and demanding for their money. This has been going on since 2016 as far as we know.
We were told to return multiple times and that the dresses would be ready. We arrived yesterday and the dresses were not there. She declined to return our money because she said she had the dresses but they were not there. This has happened so many times to other people and I am afraid this going to keep happening.

Refund I do not want to get the item. There is no item. She has been promising us dresses that have not been delivered and my wedding is approaching. I am 100% there is no item. She has not followed through with the order we requested and from what we have found online, this is her scam. Lawsuits are available for public knowledge and she has multiple under different business names.
