I Placed 2 orders on October 1st. It Never Registered to me to check current business ratings because of company being around so long. However, I wish I would have. Anyhow, company has sent false notification of shipment via ups with eta of Nov 1st However UPS has NOT received package to ship. Both of these orders are a total of $250 which I tried to give company time to respond. I have reached out via site, email, and phone Several times to get no response. This is definitely beyond unprofessional it is robbery at this point.

Such a shame! Once an amazing company that provided excellent service and products, now cannot provide either. No problem with taking a customer's money immediately though.
I see many similar complaints and it appears criminal.

Hello, I have been using Elegant Minerals for many years now and love the products. I have recently placed an order for some samples on May 23rd that are still awaiting fulfillment today June 16th.
The website indicates orders will be filled in 3-4 business days. The phone number provided in the order verification email is not in service (found another to leave voice mail). My account was charged when order was placed. I have reached out via phone, email, and messaging with no response.
