Electric Styles is currently selling masks and filters for personal protection during COVID-19. I placed an order for masks and filters, and was charged immediately, but did not receive a confirmation e-mail, or a shipping notification. I understand there are shipping delays, but without so much as an order number, I cannot track it. The company has no e-mail or phone number. (I have reached out publicly via social media.) In short, I cannot reach the company, I cannot track my order or even confirm if my order was placed, but I was charged. As far as I can tell, Electric Styles charged my credit card, but didn't even place my order. I cannot tell if this is even a real business.

This company claims to be selling filter masks and filters but they do not have them. Their social media is littered with complaints of people purchasing masks and filters and never receiving them. I have submitted several emails and they've all bounced back and I've had to go on their social media accounts to inquire about my purchase that never arrived. I received an email from the company that my package was about ready to be shipped back in the beginning of April. It is now the beginning of May. The tracking number they gave me states that it was about ready to be sent but my package never came. They never sent it. If you check their social media pages there are so many customers who have ordered filters and never received one filter. They are selling a product they do not have. They are complete scam! They say on their social media that it's a software issue. If that is true then they should have fixed it. Instead they're continuing to sell a product when they are obvious issues with their software. They don't respond to your emails until you get on their social media pages and complain and complain. This is a scam company, profiting off of those in need.

I purchased two masks from this company, they only sent me one. They first tried to tell me they emailed me to inform me of the issue, but they did not, as they came back and said they didn't have my email address on file.... they have not responded to my communications in a timely manner, and they took my money for a product however have not delivered that product or a refund. It's been 25 days....

I order a mask from their company and saw that it shipped. Since April 22 it been in a shopping land with no known location. I reached out to customer service via email a few times with no response. I have asked for help or reshipment or a refund with no reply. I also reached out to them for some information on why one of my orders was wrong and they haven’t responded either.

I ordered face masks on 4/4. The website says due to COVID-19 shipping is taking 5-7 business days. I never received an order confirmation but money was withdrawn from my account. I emailed them on 4/18 inquiring about my order. They send me an order confirmation and said to expect shipping confirmation that day or the following. I waited 4 days and contacted again on 4/23 as I did not get shipping confirmation. I asked to have my order cancelled and refunded. They responded saying they were reshipping and to look for shipping confirmation. I contacted again on 4/25 again requesting cancellation and refund. They responded on 4/27 stating they were reshipping and did not acknowledge my request to cancel and have a refund. They are on instagram and facebook and there are MANY comments from people experiencing the same thing from this company.

Electric Styles has started selling face masks due to COVID-19. I ordered a mask on April 4, 2020 and received an email on April 12, 2020 that my order had shipped. I was given a tracking number with USPS, and the status of my mask is still unchanged as of today, April 27, 2020; the status of my order still reads as Pre-Shipment, and that USPS is still awaiting for the package. I have reached out to Electric Styles and was told numerous different stories as to when my mask would be shipped and why it hasn't shipped yet. I have gone to their Facebook page and multiple customers are experiencing the same issue where they are taking our money but not delivering a product we paid for. This is unacceptable.

I ordered 30 filter masks from this company, I was only sent two. The order was placed april 6th. I complained to the company after being shorted on my order. They said they would correct the issue, this HAS NOT happened. I want a refund!

I believe this is a fake company and I paid 100$ for a product that I have not received and believe that I will not get. They advertised face masks with filters so I ordered 4. I have emailed them, directly messaged them on Instagram which they advertise on, and Facebook. They have not responded. I got a ‘tracking number’ to a label but it’s not at USPS.

I have more than one complaint type, delivery, guarantee and warranty,product, refund/exchange issues. Date of purchase was Dec 3,2019 for 2 pairs of app controlled LED light up shoes.With 14 day crafting period and 5-7 business day delivery.The shoes were expected to be delivered just before Christmas.Nothing came in. Package tracking through the site didn't work. Enter info in hit enter, site page refreshes itself back to where info needs to be put in.email the company I was told"Im sorry about the delay. DHL lost a huge shipment of ours and your shoes were in it so we had to remake them. They are finished and coming now." 1 pair of shoes came in on Jan 9,2020 the 2nd has still yet to arrive. Day of arrival the package which came through DHL looked like it had been smashed. I was in love with shoes untill I turned it on. Very comfy cool looking shoe though!In a single shoe There is a light out and off in the heal, which is not allowing the shoe to do any of the functions the lights will do. Only 4 of the lights on this shoe properly work, the rest just stay one as a dime white. No other funtions.The shoes are fully charged and connect to the phone just fine.Email the company (the only way to reach anyone from the company)with a video explaining the shoe malfunction. Never worn, following store guidelines for returns I sent the shoes black out of my own pocket to the company with hope of store credit to purchase another pair. Seeing my daughter and I were really looking forward for these REALLY COOL SHOES! Nothing!!! I've had no word from the company since I sent the video showing the shoe malfunction besides being told to "make sure the shoes were fully charged. With multiple emails sent looking for an answer. I'm now here making this complaint. I've never recieved the 2nd pair of shoes for my daughter.
