Efreedom agreed March 17, 2020 to a refund. Since then there has been no action taken to process the refund. See attached documentation

In October of 2019 I purchased a program from Efreedom. After following the steps provided, I was deactivated by ***, the reason was being linked to an account not authorized to sell. Coincidentally, this happened as Efreedom used account access on my behalf. Efreedom enlisted a 3rd party agency to appeal the *** deactivation. I followed all instructions provided, yet still to this day have not had a response. That being said, it between me and ***. What I am addressing here is with Efreedom.
Below is a history of correspondence between Efreedom and myself requesting a refund, as the program is geared for selling on ***, which, apparently is not for everyone. My account is still deactivated. After multiple times of reaching out, I finally got the attention of Ashlee J, who told me she is the sole decision maker.
She agreed, as you will see below to refund a portion of my money. At the time of the offer I felt it was not really a fair offer, but to put it behind me I accepted it. Thinking that it would be over. So, now she is not responding to emails anymore. It's been over a month of waiting for her to reply. And therefore, I feel it's time to take the next step in getting Efreedom to follow thru with their agreement.

Below are copies of the email exchanges.

Desired Outcome

I am asking for Efreedom to process the refund.

I was scammed out of $14,000 by Efreedom.
On August 18th, 2019 I purchased 2 tickets for $595 and attended eFreedom's 3-Day Live Workshop September 6th-8th, 2019. At the end of the 3-Day Live Workshop I purchased eFreedom's Diamond Package which was split with my partner for $25,000 ($12,500 +$12,500) and I paid an extra $1,500 for 225 unknown products that were supposed to be worth $3,000. I was bamboozled into destroying my credit score and going an extra $4,000 in debt by another company that was part of the eFreedom's seminar to scam the system by applying for credit cards on my behalf in order to pay for eFreedom's Diamond package. In the Diamond package which is eFreedom's most expensive package includes: (2) immersion, Trade show Experience, (1) Year Fulfilment Center (FBA packaging), (1) Year Source Master Software, (10) 1 on 1 Coaching sessions, (1) Year eLibrary Access, (2) Day Private Label Mastermind, (1) Year Elite Coaching Hotline, (12) Months Deal Review Department, (1) Business Entity Setup, 225 products worth $3,000. The only Diamond package products I received were the: (2) Day Immersion, (5) 1 on 1 Coaching Sessions, eFreedom Elite Wholsalers, (1) Source Master Software. To which I've found no value in any of it.
I have called the hotline multiple times only to not have my questions answered and told that they'll get back with me and never do. Through a phone conversation with one of the hotline guys I learned that he was hired only a month ago.
When speaking with my coach I can tell that he is not qualified to coach me due to his lack of answers to seemingly simple questions. I also learned that he has only been with eFreedom for 6 months and just starting his *** business after years of not having one. Thanks for your h***ty Sean. I was promised 225 bonus products worth $3,000 that I purchased separately for $1500 but I've only made $300 with 11 products left to sell. I felt pressured and helpless in the original seminar sales process. eFreedom would not take no for an answer. They made me feel good only to trap me into purchasing their product. They allowed me and*** to split the Diamond package but it has been nothing but a stressful experience. I have learned nothing of value on my coaching calls. I have not found any products to sell throughout this whole holiday season which was one of eFreedom's biggest sales pitch. There are numerous contradictions throughout eFreedom's sales seminars, coaching, and 2 day immersion. They include the use of their warehouse for $4,000 a year but yet I'm being told at the 2 day immersion and by my coach Sean not to use it because it takes too much time and it's not worth it.

I emailed eFreedom December 23rd, 2019 and expressed my concerns with the company and services. I was contacted back by Ashlee J from eFreedom stating that she would like to speak on a recorded phone line to get a better understanding of my concerns, which I reluctantly agreed.
While speaking with Ashlee on January 16th, 2020 on a recorded call she talked down on me, dominated the conversation by intimidation, raised her voice while talking over me. When I asked if I could speak without interruption, she flat out told me no! I felt very intimidated, so I terminated the call. I'm no one's punching bag! During the same phone conversation Ashlee claimed that My partner was still using the services, that was a lie! My partner explained to efreedom that she was moving to Africa in a couple months and that we still wanted to partner up and they said that was fine. We were led to believe that she could run her store from Africa while I was in the United States. That was a lie and my partners store was shut down by *** because they stated that the 225 products efreedom added to the account were counterfeits and suspened it.
The last time I reached out to Ashlee J was January 30th, 2020 via email to no avail. I've filed complaints with the Minnesota and Florida attorney generals and eFreedom has failed to reply.

Desired Outcome

I'm asking you guys for a full refund of $14k. That is the full total that I gave to you guys. That does not include any of the other debt that I've incurred, not to mention the countless lost hours. Ashlee agreed to refund me only $3000 of the $14000 I paid. I did not agree because of the minimal products I've used in Diamond package. I'm just asking for a refund so that my family can pick up and get back on track. Especially during these unfortunate times. I really need to be taken care of and not taken advantage of. Thanks

This case was closed on 01/14/2020. I did not reopen this complaint on 03/03/2020. I resolved my complaint with this company on 02/7/2020.

False Promises, Unsatisfactory Services, taking advantage of people
How they advertised themselves.. YOUR EDGE TO ECOMMERCE SUCCESS.. but now there is no success, but DEBT. My husband and I enrolled in Efreedom's "Diamond Package" on 4/28/19 that is worth $25,000,PLUS they also asked us to get a funding from their onsite third party loan company that we don't know will charge us $3,500. I got approved $30,000 business credit, and Efreedom get the $20,000 remaining balance that I have in this business credit card (Paid $5,000 for initial down payment). Now the DEBT BECOMES $28,500. Promised us success in online selling (third party seller on ***), but never happened. On June 30th, *** suspended our account. Prior to that, since day 1 that we opened our account, NO ONE from Efreedom called to check on our account if it is doing good and can continue to sell. Two of their staff also told me that the reason for the suspension might be because we opened our account during the 3 day workshop (as what we are told to do so), and all of the students has the same IEP address during that time. That might look so suspicious to ***. For the price we pay, we asked ourselves.. Are we really getting what we paid for? Emailed Efreedom right away, but you really have to wait for them to reply. Done first appeal ON MY OWN. No luck. A staff from Efreedom replied after days, gave me a draft to follow, did it right away with attachments of documents they asked me to send, did sent it. Still not enough. The VP of Efreedom A, told me that "Efreedom doesn't have control on ***.." So now what? I have $4,000 worth of products in my *** Seller Account, and after Efreedom get us into this kind of "WORK FROM HOME BUSINESS", get our money, the VP will just say they don't control ***. But sure they can PREVENT this from happening, if they only focused on checking on our seller account and how we are doing, what are the things we already did and things we still need to do like the Legal Entity that we missed because no one told us that we should get it, this could have been prevented in the first place.
One instance I remember that I called the hotline, I talked to Peter *** (also my coach), I asked him a simple question on how to put UPC (Universal Product Code)in a product that is not yet listed on ***,he asked me to do the arbitrage first.. I insisted to still seek for the answer and continue to ask.. I was so shocked when all of a sudden he yelled at me simply because he don't know the answer. Waiting for him to apologize for being disrespectful, but nothing.
THE SERVICES THAT EFREEDOM PROVIDES US HAS NO PATH TO SUCCESS, BUT MORE DEBT.
Now, almost 4 months have passed and my account is still suspended. They gave me a new coach to help when its already too late. They still can't find ways. Efreedom wants me to send another appeal, but after what happened, I don't think I can trust Efreedom anymore.
I emailed the VP A about our decision of withdrawing and wants a full refund. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF WAITING, she called me up saying that she can only give $10,000 refund and we don't agree. She is convincing us to continue the program. I told her we are no longer happy with the services they provide. She said Efreedom's contract doesn't say "use our services and at any time get a full refund." But what about if the services you EXPENSIVELY paid for DOESN'T HELP AT ALL??
With all that is happening, our family is now getting to be affected. My kids are telling me that I am not the same person I used to be before. Always happy and productive. I think of it a lot, the debt that my husband and I are facing, getting sick all the time, that I cannot focused on work and being a mother to my children. It is just unfair that after paying a big amount of money, we are are going to settle with a very bad service and training that is not beneficial to us but only to Efreedom.
We want our FULL MONEY BACK.
If my husband and I are not happy with the services that Efreedom does..are we obligated to continue?

Desired Outcome

To give us our Full money back that's it.

Efreedom Response • Nov 08, 2019

In September 2019, I personally started communicating with *** regarding her request for a refund. The communication is still open and eFreedom hopes that we can come to a fair agreement to resolve her request.

Customer Response • Nov 20, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have been communicating with Ashlee (VP) the past days, but no calls from her yet as what she has requested through her email, I am still waiting for her resolution on this. I will give her a fair chance to talk to me again, as long as it will now benefit us, and not only Efreedom.

eFreedom agreed to give me a refund. It has been over a month and I have not received a refund yet.
I went to a 3 day eFreedom workshop on May 31-June 2, 2019 in Phoenix, AZ where I was told I could change my lifestyle by selling products on Amazon with a *** account. We were told how if we purchased their Diamond program and sold wholesale products, we would never have package products to send to Amazon. At the 3 day workshop we were told NOT to do retail arbitrage, which is finding items on clearance at big box stores to resale. This was misleading because during my first 2 coaching sessions, I was encouraged to buy retail arbitrage using their google chrome extension to find products. I expressed to my coach I thought I was going to be taught how to look for and find products to buy and sell wholesale. All he said to me was that buying and selling wholesale was not easier than retail arbitrage. I wasn't looking for easy, I was looking to make money! At the 3 day workshop, eFreedom had people onsite to help you find a loan with a third party company. That day I took out a loan with Lending Point for $22,700. $20,995 went to eFreedom. The idea was to have some money left to buy a product to resale on Amazon. But I was encouraged to buy retail arbitrage. I have since had to use that money to repay the loan company. After the "2 day Immersion" where some eFreedom coaches come back to your city and try to help you Immerse yourself in your new Amazon wholesaling business, I felt I had made a mistake. The coaches told us we were to spend more money either on google chrome extension apps or on another website which helps you find wholesalers. The program was just becoming too expensive for me, so I contacted eFreedom requesting a refund. Ashlee ***, VP of eFreedom, and I came to an agreement on a refund. When I first talked to Ashlee *** on the phone, she tried to talk me out of a refund. She tried to offer me a lesser amount of $3,000 to buy a product. But this does not guarantee I will make money. I am disillusioned with this process and this program. She also asked me what kind of job I do and when I told her she said that it "explains why I was so calm". The way I see it, I am first a customer of eFreedom. eFreedom offers a service, and as a customer if I am not satisfied with their service I am entitled to a refund. I first contacted eFreedom about a refund on 07/15/2019. An agreement was reached on 07/22/2019. And I still have not received a refund nor any communication regarding when I will receive a refund as of today, 08/23/19.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund to pay back to the loan company. I expressed to eFreedom that the loan amount of $635.30 that I have to pay every month is expensive for me.

Hello,

I have been an eFreedom student for over 3 months and my business has been going very well. My coach is fantastic and has been huge in growing and developing my business. I would recommend this education company to anyone as they have turned me into a true ecommerce business owner

eFreedom sold me a work from home business scheme to make money for a large sum that was misleading, deceptive and simply did not work.
On 2/10/2019 I bought a package from eFreedom for an eCommerce work from home business scheme as a 3rd party seller on Amazon. The main idea was to find products, source wholesalers for those products and put them on my Amazon store fairly soon for sale for the same price Amazon sells them for turning a profit. They said that for $17, 995 I would be able to change my lifestyle by selling 2-3 good products and making good money. After the big pitch at the introductory weekend seminar they were all to eager to direct us next door to take out loans or credit cards with a loan company they partner with who in turn charged a $3,500 commission for their service. So in total I went $21,495 in the red. What they said was deceptive and misleading.

After 5 months researching hundreds of products following their teaching and formulas I did not have one product in my store nor did I make any money. Their product doesn't work. eFreedom introduced us to wholesalers to buy products from. The big problem is that these wholesalers require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that was way too high for an individual to buy. The second big problem is that there are too many other sellers of profitable products in the Buy Box listing diluting any meaningful profit. Instead of being able to buy 2-3 products to change my lifestyle now I would have to buy 10-20 or more products. Even if one could buy the MOQ for a product these two problems conspire to the point where making a profit becomes problematic: with all of the different sellers out there on a listing that one bought product for it would then take months and months to sell all of the inventory, again rendering any profit almost negligible.

It was then suggested to me by the coach they assigned to me to get a membership with another company for an additional $240 where I would be able to find wholesalers with much lower MOQ. I went ahead and followed his advice but still ran into the first of the two problems mentioned above. I should not have had to do that. Their system should work as advertised without hidden or extra cost. What shocked me there was that in one of the newsletters for this other professional organization it said that if you find a company promising to help you make big money in return for paying them $30,000 it's not going to happen. In other words, it's not reality. That's when I started to realize that something was going wrong.

Early in July I finally found my very first product I might want to buy to put in my shop. When I called eFreedom's student hotline to ask their advice no one called me back until 5 days later. I also made two appointments with my coach on that same day through his appointment scheduler online, but he never called or showed up for the appointments only sending an email several days later with an excuse (not a good one) as to why he missed the appointments. That was really the last straw for me.

I contacted eFreedom by email with a formal letter explaining the problem and asking for my money back and gave a deadline for compliance after which I would get a third party involved. The vice president asked for my number to set up a time to talk. The deadline passed and I never heard from them since then. I have lost confidence in this product and their service which does not perform the way they said. I feel misled and deceived.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get my money back. I have lost confidence in this product and their service which does not perform the way they said. I feel misled and deceived.

Subject: Case # ***

Hi
My complaint has been resolved with eFreedom. Through several discussions eFreedom and I came to an agreement that satisfied both of us.

Chris

Efreedom calls themselves a marketing firm, their motto "Efreedom Your Edge To eCommerce Success" Their is no success here. Efreedom's central office is located in Orlando Florida, I'm in San Diego, a friend stated " Florida is one of the few states that deter victims of fraud from going to court.

I along with other honest, hardworking, individuals,I bought into Efreedom starter kit ($25,000.00) and software programs. Many believe we were taken advantage of by Efreedom. Efreedom rides the coat tails of successful, famous companies, such as ***, while efreedom coned me into buying their software and information, Every month they continue to flood the market with hordes of new sellers, lowering profit margin on vintaged seller's, obvious become too diluted to be profitable.

Efreedom unjustly guaranteed me they'll finance the cost of their Efreedom Starter kit which is $25,000.00 + $500.00. (Where's the money') Once I signed the contract the immediately began to avoid verbal communication, all communications performed by texting or e-mails.

Efreedom convinces you that their Efreedom Starter Kit contains guaranteed information on how to sell products on Amazon, I submitted a deal to Efreedom for reviewing on 03/31/2019 it was review and okayed, during Efreedom's review they missed essential information. Due to that I lost hundreds
of dollars.

From the beginning my classmates from the seminar and I stated we didn't have the $25,000.00, my classmates were led to believe that Efreedom guarantees financing thru Efreedom"s affiliate ***, My contract signed by Donald S states that the" Balances of the $25,000.00 is coming from ***.

On 04/11/2019 Ron D text me stating I was in debt to Efreedom for $10,000, I needed to pay immediately, I was forbidden to attend their necessary training, a violation of my contract. What about the financing you promise?
Product_Or_Service: Efreedom Starter Kit
Account_Number: none

Desired Outcome

Refund 1. My contract with Efreedom was breach when Efreedom declined the training I signed up for and ny contract. 2. I want my full refund back from Efreedom ($500.00)due to their fraud and scam. 3. Efreedom Starter Kit and seminar were unsatisfactory. 4. Efreedom should send by- monthly financial statements like any other business 5.Efreedom must state that all the information they provide can easily be found online and they are flooding the seller's market with new sellers constantly.

Please see attached *

This letter shall serve to address ***'s complaint against eFreedom. On February 16, 2019
at 10:00 a.m. PST, Mr. attended a complimentary preview of a 3-Day Training that eFreedom was
hosting in San Diego. He enrolled in (1) ticket to attend the 3-Day training class and accepted an "extended
guarantee" on the terms of the contract. Our company actually goes far beyond a 3-Day Right to Return, as we
want the students to be able to get a solid idea about how we teach and the level we train at. Our extended
guarantee allows the students to attend the entire first day of our event and make a nal decision to continue
with the course at the end. They can go to the back and request their money back with no questions asked.
In addition to the ticket that was purchased, our company also gave him access to the Online University, which
gives them all of the recordings of the training and many resources to assist them in their business.
Mr. attended the 3-Day Training. He was very positive and found value in the education and content.
On Sunday, March 3, 2019, this client then lled out documentation to invest in the Diamond Consulting Program
that we provide. His enrollment was contingent upon his qualification and approval for business credit. He
personally applied for this business credit with a 3" party company. Mr. put a $500 deposit down on a
$25,000 consulting package. This gave him access to some of the Support provided within the Program.
eFreedom also included an extra 6 months of Deal Review to assist him in sourcing and making decisions on
inventory he may invest in.
eFreedom tagged him in the system as a potential Buyer. We serviced him, as though he would be nanced.
We included him on all the communication and opened our phone and email Support to him.
On April 10°', our company sent out an email to any client who had not paid at least $10,000.00. This is a
company policy.
ln order for the clients to attend the next level of advanced training we ask that they pay at least $10,000.00 of
the $25,000.00 Program. Mr. had paid $500.00, at that point. As you can see above the email came
from Ron D. Mr. did not like this email and actually called in to complain. Please understand to put
on the 2-Day Immersion the company has many expenses for travel, hotels, and accommodations. We must
have the clients paid up to that or we would lose money.
Unfortunately, at the time, Mr. credit did not allow him approval for the business nancing, which in
turn meant he was unable to pay for his Program with eFreedom. He contacted our ofce. He was very
aggressive towards some of my Customer Service staff. on april 11, Mr. called into the office aggressively. On April 11, 13 and 15"' eFreedom had calls with him
discussing his Deal Reviews that he turned in even with the knowledge he would be unable to pay for the
Program. On April 17"' l actually intercepted the call to try and speak with him. There was no saving this client in
my opinion; therefore, we immediately refunded him his $500 deposit on the $25,000.00 Program. We did not
charge him for the services that he had been fullled on.
We used this as an example for our Customer Service to stay calm, collected and respectful to any clients, even
if they are being difcult.
On April 17, eFreedom refunded his $500 deposit and turned his access to our Program off. As you can see
below, he received the $500 email receipt and then had more words. Our ofce, including myself, have
responded back to his rude emails and communication. Some things are better left alone.
Mr. then reached out to the Revdex.com with his complaint. As you can see, we had prior to his complaint
handled his refund on the $500.00 deposit.
We hope that you can understand that we have fulfilled what was promised to this client. We wish him the best
of luck in his endeavors.
Please advise on how I should continue. And please lei me know if there is anything else, I can do to clear our
record from this complaint.
