Not only did they not send everything that I purchased when I asked them to fix it they refused and said that it was my fault for not telling them soon enough. The part in question should have been installed inside of the stove but they just didn't install or send the part.

Stay as far away as possible!

We needed a new efficient wood burning stove insert and found the one we wanted on efireplace.com. We did our research and their store seemed the most reliable. Love our new stove. Installation went pretty smoothly. Had a little trouble with delivery but that's not their fault. Would definitely recommend this store.

I have never been so mislead about an online purchase until I ordered from efireplace I ordered burning embers for my gas fireplace as I replace them every few years. It is usually a a good half gallon size bag of fiberglass type material that covers the entire grate.So I looked online found some for around 10$ but saw this platinum embers at this efieplace for 16 and they were supposed to be far superior so I bought them Shipping was 11.62 which seemed high biut by then I was committed. When it came I thought the box was empty. When I opened it there was 1 I repeat ! gram of embers not enough for a candle let alone a fireplace., When I called the company they said hey if you look at the fine print it says about 1 gram of material even though the picture shpws a whole fireplace full. Then they said I would eat the shipping and the return shipping (no problem I can guarantee it would fit in a postage envelope with one stamp., and that I would have to pay 15% restocking Never EVER do business with these clowns
