Unfotunately, that is not a truthful account of what transpired. The Service Call fee, nor Labour fee for that matter, was unequivocally NOT mentioned or included in the quote I was given over the phone. I would not care to pursue this if that were the case. [redacted] I gave you the serial number of my refrigerator on our initial call to which you acknowledged that you didn't have the required piece in stock but wanted to come by anyway since we reside in the same neighbourhood, only a few blocks away! Again, there was absolutely NO mention or discussion of an applicable Service Call fee. Regardless, I believe that you should be accountable for [redacted] advertising. [redacted] To be clear, of the entire $330.90 bill (which included the Labour Fee), I was only requesting a refund of the $60 Service Fee which your website stated did not apply to any repair preformed. I was in no way expecting to have the job completed for free, only to have your advertising claims honoured and the $60 refunded. Needless to say, starting back at square one with a non functioning refrigerator was not a desirable option, nor was having you return to my home to additionally 'work' and remove parts from my refrigerator.
